Abstract: Since Green Manufacturing has been becoming the future trend of the manufacturing industries, metal cutting companies are being compelled to reduce their impact on the environment as more international and government environmental protection legislation is introduced. As an important component of Green Manufacturing, Green Machining has been proposed as a new conception and agreed by more and more people. To realize Green Machining, some suggestions are given and some effective methods or technologies are briefly introduced in this paper from two perspectives of reducing environmental pollution and saving natural resources. By comparing these technologies, it is found that the hybrid processing technologies, MQL and Water jet machining are relatively easy to implement.

Abstract: Water demand prediction is a complicated multifactor, multi-level non-linear system influenced by the urban population, industrial and economic level. The results of the prediction accuracy have a greater uncertainty and ambiguity. As a new cluster intelligent evolutionary algorithms, particle swarm optimization (PSO) is easy to understand, easy to implement ,and it is very suitable for non-linear model parameters fitting problems. At the same time, we will introduce the simulated annealing mechanism into particle swarm optimization algorithm, constructed the optimization algorithm of simulated annealing particle swarm (SA-PSO). In the paper, the optimization algorithm of simulated annealing particle swarm (SA-PSO) is applied to the field of water demand prediction. Example show that compared with the particle swarm algorithm, simulated annealing particle swarm optimization achieves a high prediction accuracy for urban water demand prediction, and it is strong applicability in the water demand forecast.

Abstract: To improve the fuel economy of Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs),it is necessary to propose a framework which contains choosing the driveline structure, sizing components and optimizing the control strategy. By analyzing the operating character of the bus through the data from real road we find out the suitable components in the HEV driveline. Then the simulation models are built up. The PNGV systems analysis toolkit (PSAT) models are used to simulate the HEV. Subsequently optimization is performed to achieve the minimum fuel consumption. Finally the optimized parameters which mainly consider the engine start power, the engine operating area are found. The bench test results prove that the methods that we use are available.

Abstract: Environment monitoring technology is widely applied in industry, agriculture and other fields. Engineers usually need to integrate multiple measurement devices to complete a monitoring tusk, and make these different devices to be connected, which always spend a lot of time. Based on virtual instrument development platform, this paper described how to achieve the temperature and humidity data collection via the data acquisition card, sensors and PC, and realized the real-time display on the remote client through the DataSocket technology. The test results show that the system has the advantages of convenient operation, high intelligence and high accuracy, compared with the traditional instruments.

Abstract: Individuation is the inevitable trend of product design, especially 3C product. So the further can the clients participate in the product design, the more product individuation is. Confronted with the increasing individual demands of customers, manufacturers should think it more important to increase the individuation of their products by doing their best to enable the clients take part fart- hest in the 3C products design with the efficiency of mass production. The characteristics of 3C product design and the customers - "Geek" network groups are summarized at first. Then, as an example of MEIZU M9 mobile phone, design by customers-Geek to the innovation design of 3C product is analyzed. Finally, based on these questions, the methods and problems for the production innovation of 3C manufacturers are described. It provides theoretic basic for studying customers how to participate in design and the system development of design by customers.

Abstract: The design of the CNC system to realize the function of the dedicated processor/modular is very select. Low cost of the ARM processor with Windows CE operating system is perfect for soft real-time tasks, such as the system state display, program explains, etc. The high performance DSP processors µ C/OS-II operating system is real-time tasks efforts, which is responsible for interpolation, speed control. In addition, to meet demand for the reconstruction of the design and flexible manufacturing, a reconfigurable based on FPGA technology for module, meet the functional requirement, build the PLC based on real-time Ethernet field bus network for simple connections between executors in the numerical control system controller.

Abstract: Powerline interference (PLI) often exhibits variations in frequency and amplitude, whose frequency lies in the spectrum range of the ECG signal. Most previous attempts of tracking time-varying PLI signal are based on Least Squared (LS) algorithm. This makes their methods susceptible to QRS complex in tracking low-level PLI signal. This study presents a new robust Kalman filter-based PLI suppressor to overcome the limitation of existing methods. M-estimation is incorporated into the kalman filter to combat the adverse effect of QRS impulsive. Simulation results indicate that our method outperforms the former LS-based PLI cancellers in both suppressing interference and preserving meaningful ECG components at various interference levels.

Abstract: It is necessary to study the mechanics performance of thin coating, which composite the prerequisite of coating’s application. The contact stresses are important factors for the design of hard coating/substrate because the failure of the hard coating is usually caused by these stresses. The finite element method is applied to simulate the stress of coating with contact load based on Hertz contact theory. The accuracy of model was initially tested in systems without a film. The contact stresses have been calculated based on various coating/substrate modulus ratios and the coating thickness. Results show that coating thickness changes from 1.5um to 3um, the effects of coating/substrate combination is perfect. The research has important guiding significance for the application of coating.

The article to the analytic hierarchy process in the sports teaching the application of quality evaluation carried on the preliminary discussion, put forward the sports teaching quality hierarchical system, and establish the teaching quality assessment of the mathematical model, through the weight coefficient of each index system, more scientific and objective to evaluate teaching quality, easy operation, which is of great use value.
