Abstract: Concrete quality evaluation is an important basic work for the concrete environmental management and protection. This paper presents a new concrete quality monitoring method based on principal component analysis-wavelet neural network combined model. First, the establishment of concrete quality evaluation index system, and then using principal component analysis to remove the relevance, overlap information of indicators, the representative indexes obtained were standardized and imported into the wavelet network neural model, the results of network study that used for the concrete quality comprehensively monitoring

Abstract: This paper researched the displacement amplification and hysteresis of parallel four-bar amplification mechanism using piezo actuator. Firstly, the displacement amplification was analyzed by employing the material bending theory. Theory and finite element model (FEM) proved that the amplification ratio of parallel four-bar mechanism is only related to the position of driving point and the guiding beam displacement is linear with the driving point input when it is fixed. Then the Preisach model was employed to model the hysteresis of guiding beam and performed to control the output displacement of the mechanism. Experiments proved that the model can effectively improve the output displacement accurate of the guiding beam and can realize random sequence output displacement using the Preisach interpolation surface.

Abstract: Along with the emergence of the knowledge-based economy and the study type organization, the thought of flexible management is led to go into human resource, and develop a more and more important function. In human resource flexible management, the personnel is excellent to turn to install, while adjustment is the most decisive working talent in the whole human resource management. With the superior foundation for turning a theory, this paper made its thought use of the optimzation and adjustment in the optimzation and adjustment of business enterprise and the personnel, then built up the mathematics model of the optimzation and adjustment, and solved the mathematics model by applying MATLAB.Finally, proved the possibility and usefulness of the method.by a solid example verification.

Abstract: Artificial Bee Colony algorithm is an optimization algorithm based on the intelligent behavior of honey bee swarm. This paper presents Bee Swarm Optimization intended to introduce chaotic sequences into the algorithm. On the basis of Artificial Bee Colony Optimization Algorithm, a new algorithm by introducing constructing dynamic penalty function and chaotic sequences was presented. Based on Matlab software, the program CABCOA1.0 with hybrid discrete variables for the proposed algorithm was developed. The complex mechanical optimization was given. The results show that this algorithm has no special requirements on the characteristics of optimal designing problems, which has a fairly good universal adaptability and a reliable operation of program with a strong ability of overall convergence.

Abstract: At low magnetic latitudes, the magnetization direction is almost horizontal, amplification effect of pole reduction factor causes band-shape fake anomaly along the direction of the magnetic declination. Experts have been solving the problem pole reduction at low magnetic latitudes (RTP-L). However, no greatly effective method has been found. The magnetic anomaly with a reduction procedure at low magnetic latitudes misleads the judgment of experts if the method is not well used. For making a reliable magnetic anomaly interpretation result at low magnetic latitudes, it is proposed that a pole reduction procedure can be approximately simulated by the total field multiplied by -1 in this paper. In addition, a comprehensive magnetic anomaly conversions and inversion method is assembled and restricted at low magnetic latitudes including non-linear filter, analytic signal and 3-D inversion to avoid the distortion of magnetic anomaly during reduction to pole (RTP). This method takes into account the magnetic anomaly characteristics at low magnetic latitudes. The application of this method can prevent the uncertain factor of RTP-L, give the boundary of magnetite, and provide shapes and size of magnetite effectively without involving the directions of magnetization. It made good effect in Pampa de Pongo Fe deposit in Peru which is located near the magnetic equator (inclination=5.5°). Therefore, a simple method to simulate RTP-L, combined with non-linear filter, analytic signal, 3-D inversion, can enhance the reliability and accuracy of magnetic anomalies interpretation at low magnetic latitudes.

Abstract: with the Internet popularity and the widely application of information storage technology, people pay more and more attention on the information security. Trust model is the hot spot of present information security field. It is connected with the safety interaction and operation of the entire system. Internet has the characteristic of openness, anonymity, and autonomy. All these extrude the security problems. How to build the safety and reliable trust model is the most reliable approach to solve the network security problems. Trusted computing is the core center of trust model. Through the trusted computing, we will get the perfect security design.

Abstract: At present, lots of work focus on spectrum allocation of wireless networks, and pay little attention about optimization network access. In this paper, we propose a cognitive access selection approach of heterogeneous wireless networks based on fuzzy logic. By means of established access selection factors and its membership functions(MFs), we can access optimal network using presupposition fuzzy rules according to service types. Finally, simulation experiments shown the approach is effective.

Abstract: Reynolds equation is the fundamental equation to solve the static performance for sleeve bearings. For hydrodynamic and hydrostatic oil film bearing with three oil recesses, the specific expressions of the fluid mechanics lubrication Reynolds equation are presented. The gridding model of the bearing is proposed, the boundary condition of the bearing is set, the static characteristics are solved and the pressure distribution of the bearing is plotted by using FLUENT software. The computation results from FLUENT are considerably accordance with the computation results from finite difference method.

Abstract: This study used a sample of 293 government workers. Based on Delone and McLean's IS success model, we constructed the scale for evaluating Emergency Management Information System (EMIS) applications success. It was found that there are five Critical Success Factors(CSFs) are significantly related, and from Pearson correlation coefficients that the level of government and personal role as a top leader were important government and personal factors associating with EMIS application success. It was also found that internal organization management, external policy environment, City level government (a dummy variable) and User as a top leader (a dummy variable) are final significant variables. As conclusion, the level of branches and its management style, the different department style, the application role, and the individual specialty will impact government’s EMIS application success.
