The Study of Fast Pattern Making Methods Based on ET2007 CAD System

Abstract:

In order to improve the efficiency of pattern making based on CAD system for garment, the application of ET2007 CAD system was discussed in the paper. Through in-depth study found that function of its intelligence pen tools is very powerful. Because the tools is very convenient for finding the point inline, so it should be fully used for reducing greatly the steps and improving significantly the efficiency. It is also found that the order of pattern making and the tools used all influence the efficiency. For structure more complex garment, the pattern making on a basic block can also reduce greatly the steps and improving significantly the efficiency.
