Abstract: In this paper, a finite element analysis is used to predict accurately the elastic-plastic deformation of metal wire in roll-bended process; this method can transform the deflections of required rolling angle into the compensation of the CNC bending wire manufacture. The conclusion shows that the rolling angle keeps a linear relationship with the final forming angle in a certain range. And it has been proved to be correct and precise under certain conditions by the CNC roll-bended manufacture.

Abstract: The paper addresses the problem of flexible Workflow Management Systems (WFMS) in distributed environment. Concerning the serious deficiency of flexibility in the current workflow systems, we describe how our workflow system meets the requirements of interoperability, scalability, flexibility, dependability and adaptability. With an additional route engine, the execution path will be adjusted dynamically according to the execution conditions so as to improve the flexibility and dependability of the system. A dynamic register mechanism of domain engines is introduced to improve the scalability and adaptability of the system. The system is general purpose and open: it has been designed and implemented as a set of CORBA services. The system serves as an example of the use of middleware technologies to provide a fault-tolerant execution environment for long running distributed applications. The system also provides a mechanism for communication of distributed components in order to support inter-organizational WFMS.

Abstract: By using rough similarity degree, this paper compares rough graph and its S-rough graph. Some basic conclusions are presented. Furthermore, the particular properties of rough similarity degree between rough graph and its S-rough graph which is got under effect of single edge transfer are discussed.

Abstract: The attitude maneuver control of flexible spacecraft with finite-time convergence is investigated in this paper. Two terminal sliding mode controllers are proposed to achieve the finite-time control, which guarantee the convergence of attitude maneuver errors in finite time. The singularity problem associated with the terminal sliding mode control is solved by employing a new sliding variable. Numerical simulations are finally provided to illustrate the performance of the proposed controllers.

Abstract: For improving the damage effect to underwater target of warhead, a kind of metamorphic tapered angle shaped charge is designed, and the damge mechanism is analyzed. The physics modle of tapered and spherical shaped charge under underwater explosion is built, numerical simulation is done by LS-DYNA, the stress distribution and velocity of jet are got. The result shows that the shaped charge jet formed by this kind of structure can provide moving space for latter EFP, which improving the damage effect to target.

Abstract: The rotary expanding is one of the best pipe rolling processes for tube trailer cylinders. The thesis briefly introduced the manufacturing technology features and key equipment of rotary expanding mill of Tianjin Pipe Corporation. The indexes of technical requirements were put forward according to relative cylinder standards and test results were given by a third party. Material performance assessment was conducted by China Standardization Committee on Boilers and Pressure Vessels. The results show that the technical indexes of cylinder pipe including chemical composition, nonmetallic inclusion grade, grain size, microstructure feature, surface quality, mechanical performance and bending test can meet the requirements with an international advanced level.

Abstract: In order to reflect the motor from various aspects and realize the motor system state failure mode automatic identification and accurate diagnosis, neural network combined with the D-S evidence theory to form the motor fault diagnosis system. In data fusion level, fault characteristic is classified; and then the fault feature is extracted by the BP neural network and the local fault of the motor is diagnosed, as a result, the independent evidence is obtained; at last the D-S evidence theory fusion algorithm is used on the evidence to achieve the fault of the motor accurate diagnosis.Broken test proved that the diagnosis system improves the motor of the fault diagnosis of accuracy, and can meet the needs of real-time diagnosis. The diagnostic test proved that the diagnosis system improves the accuracy of motor fault diagnosis, and can satisfy the diagnosis in real-time.

Abstract: To estimate the effect of deep large section Shaft Face Grouting for water block, the mathematical model is obtained according to the seepage theory. The numerical model for calculation is established by the program ABAQUS. The laws of change of pore water pressure, the effect area of dewatering, the velocity of seepage, water inflow of shaft working face before and after grouting is obtained by numerical simulation. It is shown that the grouting can effectively plug water channel of cracked surrounding rock, and prevent the pore water pressure lowering range to be larger. The working face seepage flow velocity was significantly reduced. The water inflow is decreased significantly. The safety of the shaft construction and the stability structure of shaft lining and upper strata are ensured by grouting. The numbers of grout stop and grouting construction can be largely reduced. The economic benefit is obvious. The scientific reference is provided for deep large section Shaft Face Grouting for water block.

Abstract: The authentication and key distribution schemes are widely used for providing safe communication. They are used for creating private communication channels in unsecured area. This paper deals with the concept of design of such schemes (protocols) and their properties. The paper starts with the properties and requirements of designed protocol, followed by the description of the design concept based on the trace formula and the process of its automation within the design library. The presented library supports both the handling of protocol properties and protocol design.

Abstract: Based on the definition and basic properties of rough graph, by using the representation form of classical graph theory, this paper gives the representation form of rough graph. Rough graph theory extends the classical graph theory in terms of concept and application field, which enables us to research rough problems intuitively by using the related knowledge of classical graph theory.
