Abstract: Tire dynamic balance detection plays an important part in tire quality detection area. An accurate model structure and precise model parameters are the basis of the right test results. This paper builds a kinetic model based on engineering practice. To acquire parameters presents a method following identification theory. According to the need of actual production, a validation experiment is put forward. In the parameter identification process, data acquisition is completed by the PCI card. For data processing, this paper designs the fitting filter and then it also fetches the signal amplitude and phase with discrete Fourier transform. The results are proven to be right and practicable.

Optimum Design of the Jaw Clamping Mechanism of Forging Manipulators Based on Force Transmissibility
Abstract: In this paper, the jaw clamping mechanism of a forging manipulator is regarded as a slider-crank mechanism. First, the force Jacobian matrix of the mechanism is obtained according to the dual relationship of velocity Jacobian matrix and force Jacobian matrix. Then, the performance atlases of the global force transmission index and the input space index that represents the motion range of the jaw are drawn with different inputs for the mechanisms of the nondimensional parameters. Furthermore, we research the effect of these structure parameters of the mechanism on the gripping force transmission and input space, and find an optimal range in the force transmission atlas. Finally, we synthesize a detail optimal flowchart of the jaw clamping mechanism of forging manipulators based on force transmissibility. A jaw clamping mechanism of a forging manipulator is studied as an example, and results show that the method presented in this paper is effective for finding an optimal gripper mechanism. The research in this paper can be served as fundamentals of design and optimization of the jaw clamping mechanism of forging manipulators.

Abstract: The slope, out-dump ,inner-dump and work-slope, is the important part in the open colliery. Slope should bring the huge loss without effective forecast during the work. Many methods have been used in the slope stability analysis to escape the slope. Dffective landslide forecast can improve the early warning system of landslides and mitigate the landslide disasters. In this paper, the methods used in the analysis have been list and forecast reasearch should be discuss. The better method could be get from integrate the multi-method.

Abstract: Cyber-physical systems (CPSs) perfectly integrate computing with physical processes, and the emergence of CPSs has attracted significant interest in recent years. In order to fully utilize system resource and improve quality of service (QoS), the innovative resource management method for CPSs is essential. According to a representative case of CPSs (e. g., unmanned vehicle with wireless sensor network navigation), we propose a hierarchical architecture for CPSs, and further establish a system performance optimization model with resource constraints. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is applied to solve the considered constraint model. The simulation experiment results verify the efficiency of PSO algorithm, and some instructive proposals for promoting QoS are also outlined.

Abstract: This paper investigates the control problem of attitude synchronization for an on-orbit servicing spacecraft autonomously docking to a freely tumbling target in space. An optimal sliding surface is designed based on optimal control theory, followed by a robust optimal sliding mode control law designed for attitude synchronization in accordance. Meanwhile, the unknown but bounded external disturbances, parameter variations, model uncertainties, and measurement errors are all considered during the control algorithm design. The salient feature of this control law is that the relative attitude variables will converge to the origin in the sense of optimality with respect to a quadratic cost function once the sliding surface is reached. The simulation results validate the effectiveness and robustness of the designed robust optimal sliding mode control law.

Abstract: In robot-assisted surgery system, the method of compensating the relative motion between the surgical site on the heart and the surgical instruments was introduced by using tactile sensor in this paper. Three-dimensional space coordinate systems were established, including the world coordinate system, surgical instruments and tactile sensor coordinate system. Space coordinate was transformed between the three coordinate systems through the way of mathematical theory. Compensation algorithm theory formulas about the beating heart were derived, including the rotation matrixes of the coordinate system, the equations, etc. According the data of the tactile sensor, the relative displacement of the surgical instruments coordinate system was calculated compared with the world coordinate system. Finally, Conclusion is obtained by compensation example analysis.

Abstract: Nowadays with the improvement of people’s lives in China, furniture industry has a sustainable development. Different kinds of engraving machines are required to design and manufacture. This paper is to give the example of the process for designing the economical engraving machine. Firstly, take the DK5040 as an example, the need was supplied and the main design parameters were given. Secondly, to complete the quick design, the architecture of the CAD/CAM system was established, which had B/S structure. The five function modules were introduced. So designers and producers could do different work in different places to make the best of resources. Thirdly, using the system, the overall design and key parts design could be finished, and the initial model could be submitted quickly. Furthermore, rapid prototyping (RP) was used to verify complicated design. In a word, to design the economical engraving machine for wood, use similar template to draw the new 3D model, and use RP technology to check the assembly and detailed design, this would reduced the design cost, ensure the drawing quality, and shorten the design cycle.

Abstract: The analysis, modeling and simulation of the avionics system is the flexible and effective method to evaluate and study avionics system with IMA architecture. With Queueing Theory, we summarize the stability condition, analyze and approximate the end-to-end delay in FC tandem network. In the OPNET, we simulate FC tandem network by building periphery node model, switch node model and the queue process model. Simulation result shows that, under the stability condition, the number of periphery nodes, or the rate of sending data packets has almost linear relationship to end-to-end delay, as the number of switches does nonlinear one.

Abstract: This study determine and analyze the composition of solid waste in University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). A total of 9 samples – over 2300kg of solid waste were sorted 3 times - on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday for three weeks. These solid waste collected from faculties, dormitories and offices then separated in to Plastic, paper, metals, rubber and leather, organics, glasses and others. The result shown that organic matter is usually the predominant component in the solid waste stream, was about (41.76%), followed by paper (newspaper, magazines, cardboard and cardboard boxes) range around (17.55%); then plastic bag 14.33%. Glass, rubber and leather, plastic bottles and aluminum cans were the smallest composition in UKM, but these can be considered as reusable or recycled items. Also statistical analysis indicates that the waste characteristics for a given day are slightly different, depending on the social activity that is going on for day. Since the major solid waste stream in UKM is organic waste trying to do composting is suitable method .
