Abstract: One of the most widely-studied sub-problems of opinion mining is sentiment classification, which includes three study levels: word, sentence and document. At the third level, most of the existing methods ignore comparative sentences which have particular sentence patterns and may lower the precision of the document-level analysis. This paper studies sentiment analysis of comparative sentences. The aim is to determine whether opinions expressed in a comparative sentence are positive or negative. Experiments of comparing with document-level sentiment analysis based on simple sentences shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: This paper makes a case study of an elementary school in Feng-shan District, Kaohsiung City. According to “The handbook of seismic resistant evaluation standard for school buildings” issued by National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering (NCREE) in 2009, this study analyzes elementary school building adopting braced steel frame retrofit system, conducts seismic evaluation, as well as compares its seismic performance with shear-wall retrofit structure and RC strengthening of columns . If space permits, braced steel frame retrofit system can be applied into school building retrofit scheme; its seismic performance is compared with shear wall and RC strengthening of columns proposals. Adopting shear wall or RC strengthening of columns retrofit would affect main structure system of school building. These constructions will make existing reinforced concrete school building crack, especially old school building whose structure strength is greatly influenced. Therefore, an economic braced portal frame systems are proposed as new way of retrofitting. This paper uses ETABS program to make a seismic evaluation for structural system of the study object. It also compares the research object with commonly-used shear wall retrofit and RC strengthening of columns retrofit, thus to judge whether it meets requirements stipulated in seismic standards issued by NCREE and provide an another alternative scheme for the primary school retrofit construction.

Abstract: Storage performance attribute parameter is a direct reflection of performance deterioration during storage process of missile-borne product, and is a key index for determination of missile storage period and storage reliability. Under the circumstance that it is difficult to deduce performance parameter directly from storage failure mechanism at present, starting with product function signal, this article combines fault mode mechanism effect analysis and function signal relevancy modeling analysis by using expert experience, so as to determine storage performance attribute parameter of product. Finally, a typical amplification circuit is used for application verification of above mentioned methods.

Abstract: The numerical manifold method (NMM) is a representative among different numerical methods for crack problems. Due to the independence of physical domain and the mathematical cover system, totally regular mathematical elements can be used in the NMM. In the present paper, the NMM is applied to solve 2-D linear elastic crack problems, together with the comparison study on the accuracy of n-sided regular mathematical elements, i.e., the triangular elements (n=3), the quadrilateral elements (n=4) and the hexagonal elements (n=6). Our numerical results show that among different elements, the regular hexagonal element is the best and the quadrilateral element is better than the triangular one.

Abstract: In this study, we use the single-winged seeds flying model to study the relevant parameters. Afforestation used as sowing carrier stay in the air spill design to improve sowing distance. This study is further implemented the method currently carried out by Forestry Bureau for afforestation and soil conservation. This study is funded by the relevant principles of fluid dynamics to explore: physical analysis of the five seeds. Reads as follows: (1) structure and trajectory, (2) advance ratio, (3) lift thrust vs. pitch angle, (4) loading vs. terminal velocity, (5) cut-off angle area.. Finally, this study design some carrier models for testing. Spill sowing the spacing and the drift distance experiment analysis results. With experimental data, (shown in Table 2). This research used easy materials that you can make a lot. Fluid mechanical principles could be excellent learning materials for children to explore the use of teaching aids.

Abstract: In this paper, Describing the type and characteristics of transmission system’s reactive power compensation. The purpose of reactive power compensation can improve system power factor, reduce losses, improve power quality and reduce the capacity and investment of the power equipment system. It especially discussed the increase of reactive power, which can increase the wastage of transmission system; at the same time enhance the voltage decrease. In order to decrease main equipment’s wastage of reactive power—wastage of electromotor, got the optimal charge ratio and efficiency of electromotor. Calculated the absorbed value of reactive power of transformer by the given charge, and got optimal charge ratio of transformer. And it discussed the compensation from non-uniformity net to uniformity net, and the work principle of system compensation. It would make the transmission line’s power with the lowest wastages under condition of fixed charge value and web structure. Through the configuration software development, can make the system more secure and reliable.

Abstract: The glue spreader of lithium manganese button cell is the necessary facility in the button cell industry. In the incipit , design the machinery and describe it simply. The focal point of this article is that design the hydraulic and air pressure system for the glue spreader of lithium manganese button cell and also do some experiments. And also get the relation curve between the rotate speed and the time when solenoid valve is working. At last get the angle of the jet flow. Finally, introduce the control system. It includes control system function of the procedures and so on. And also make the program function diagram to analyse the PLC control system.

Abstract: Base on Hamilton's principle, under the continuity conditions of generalized coordinator, generalized force and the deformation, provide nonlinear deformation problem of Timoshenko beam’s Lagrangianlized basic elastic equation and its generalized boundary condition. Lagrangianlized basic elastic equation makes it possible to avoid indirect problem for the variation principle of continuum, which not only simplify the solving of direct problem but also stylize the solving process. The YUQING ancient bridge (in ShangHai) is taken as an example, calculating the kinetics characteristics and making damage diagnosis combined with the pulsation experimental result data.

Abstract: In this paper we gave the conjugated system of the two-span beam with two free-ends, which is a continuous system of two-spans continuous beam with two clamped-ends. The oscillating property of the conjugated system is proved. And the sign interchanges number of the flexural moment modes are determined. Furthermore, some qualitative properties owned by its displacement modes, rotation modes, moment modes and shearing force modes are given.

Abstract: For nonlinear vibration problems, IHB method is an effective definite quantitative method. The theoretical foundation of IHB method is amplitude incremental variational principle. In this paper, amplitude incremental generalized potential energy principle and generalized quasi-potential energy principle with two variables are established, thus improving theoretical foundation of IHB method.
