Abstract: In view of the generally phenomenon of section burr in of disk shearing, through using the theory analysis combined with FEA software simulation tools in article, exploring the relationship between cutting edge coincidence degree, gap shear process. And take the" taking hierarchical method " get the relationship of the coincidence degree, clearance and strip shearing section level proportion on the factors on shear technology. Finally using the theoretical knowledge demonstrates the accuracy of simulation results.

Abstract: Contouring control is in wide use in the manufacturing industry. To achieve accurate contouring control, accurate control error estimation is necessary. However, for free-form contours, there is a lack of effective algorithms for accurately estimating contour errors. This paper proposes a new algorithm for contour error estimation based on NURBS interpolation (CEEBNI). The reference input points closest to the current position is searched. Based on the NURBS interpolation, certain discrete reference input points are then used to reconstruct the NURBS curve. Finally, the contour error is estimated based on the minimum distance between the current position and this NURBS curve. Simulation results indicate that proposed algorithm gives excellent result in the estimation of the contour error.

Abstract: The PZT-based ferroelectric thin films own excellent properties, such as good ferroelectricity and excellent piezoelectricity, and the ternary compound PZT-based thin films especially own more excellent properties, which are available to be widely applied in the fabrications of electromechanical devices. However, how to deposit multi-composition PZT-based thin films is a difficult technology. In this paper, the Pb(Mn1/3,Nb2/3)O3-PbZrO3- PbTiO3((PMnN-PZT)) ternary compound thin films are studied on, The thin films are deposited on Si substrates by the magnetron sputtering method, in which the same ratio of PZ/PT=52:48(PZT(52/48)) and the heterostructure substrates of SrRuO3(SRO)/Pt(111)/Ti /SiO2/Si(100) are adopted, and the quench method is always used after the depositions for the post heat treatments. The lattice structures, the surface and the ferroelectricity of thin films are characterized. The results show that the doping of PMnN with 6% mol percent is proper to obtain excellent PMnN-PZT ferroelectric thin films, and the doping of PMnN effectively improve the ferroelectricity of PZT thin films.

Abstract: The sway motion of ships follows sine law. Therefore, it needs high dynamic performance of fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) to meet the serious working environment. A new test method was introduced to make reasonable assessment on the dynamic performance of FOG. The principle of this new test method was that the sine wave provided by the IP core in FPGA was superimposed on the digital ladder to simulate the input signal of sway motion. It could be proved that the serial of sine signal, which was generated by this method, was equivalent to the external input signal. Moreover, the dynamic error model of FOG was established to provide the theory of dynamic test. The results of dynamic test of FOG indicated that the dynamic error did not have divergent trends, the system parameters set was reasonable and the FOG system was stable. It also can be seen that dynamic error of FOG was increased with the increasing of sine wave amplitude, which was accord with the actual situation. The new dynamic test method of FOG was verified.

Abstract: Nowadays, in order to do research on the petroleum in blue water, the demand of jack-up system for large structure object is higher and higher, but the jack-up system in our country is hard to meet this demand. The system mentioned in this paper can make great contributions to jacking large structure object up. In this paper the lifting theory of jack-up system is introduced in detail. The design and research of the continuous jack-up system is also mentioned in this paper. Moreover, finite element analysis is the core of this paper. The finite element analysis of jack-up system in each working condition confirms that the continuous jack-up system is doable. The continuous jack-up system for large structure object is of great significance in blue water petroleum industry.

Abstract: There are two main aspects of problems in home appliance product lifecycle information management. One is the loss of information and unable to share information in time. The other is the existing bar code and other information recording methods are easy to wear or deface, resulting in low efficiency in information collection and high error rate, even cannot be read. This paper established a home appliance product lifecycle information management system based on RFID. RFID is used to collect and store data. Under such information sharing circumstance, not only integrity and instantaneity of product information are improved, but also the information management of home appliance product lifecycle is strengthened.

Abstract: The importance of collaboration between different design disciplines has been widely researched. Traditionally this is achieved through multidisciplinary design optimization approach. By analysis of the technical problems, this paper provides a new method to facilitate collaborative design, which is based on physical programming and a well-organized negotiation process helps designers rapidly reach a consistent solution. Finally, a design example of hydrodynamic bearing is illustrated to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: The aim of this research was to vertical milling, which was affected on finished surface of Polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA). The experiment was done by CNC vertical milling with four flutes High-Speed Steel milling cutter. The factorial design was applied and factors were consisted of three levels of cutting speed and feed rate, including of two direction of milling; up-cut and down cut. The results revealed that factors affected on face surface roughness were feed rate and direction of milling. On the other hand, cutting speed was not main affected factor. Moreover, cutting speed and feed rate were the main effect on side surface finish. Also, interaction between direction of milling with cutting speed and cutting speed with feed would be affect to side surface too. The effect of three factors on surface finish were analyzed and discussed.

Abstract: MAC protocol of bus control network has important influence on its real-time feature. Combining Profibus-DP protocol and Token Bus protocol, a new bus model suitable for small-scaled control system is put forward. Under the principle that follows a control network whole balance, the LAS and GAPL maintenance process in token passing mode and master-slave polling process in data exchange mode of Profibus-DP are discarded. The basic cutting thought of this bus model is summarized; its concrete realization is illustrated in detail, theoretical maximal value of message transmission time and actual test result are presented. The experiment result shows the system’s real-time characteristic is improved, and come to the expectant result.

Abstract: The optimal deployment model and algorithm for near space bistatic radar network are discussed in this paper. Firstly, the coverage rate is analyzed, and the optimal deployment model is established. Then, the standard particle swarm algorithm is improved. Initial position and velocity of every particle are created by the chaos algorithm, and the individual and global extremes are disturbed with some probability in the optimization, which are advantageous in achieving a faster and globalized search of particles. Finally, the improved particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the optimal deployment issue. Simulation results demonstrate the validity of the proposed model and algorithm.
