Abstract: The age-hardening precipitation of double peak during two-stage aging process in 7050 aluminum alloy is studied in this paper. The results show that the first peak is strengthened by high-density GP zones, whereas the second aging peak is mainly strengthened by h¢ phases with a certain size, which suggests that the strengthening effect of both h¢ phases and GP zones are better than that of individual GP zones.

Abstract: With the rapid development of urbanization in China, many cities begin to build subway to relieve the increasing traffic pressure. How to evaluate effect of subway on existing urban traffic system interests urban planners. Space Syntax is the most widely used theory for calculating accessibility measures. However, as the basis model of space syntax, axial-map is only aimed at 2D traffic system, not suitable for 3D situation. Based on natural-street map, a method is proposed which treats stations as junctions between subway and streets and rebuilds relation matrix to calculate accessibility. Using the method, we analyze a case study of Xi’an city in china. It is found out that subway can change accessibility to some extent depended on routine of subway and site of station, which implies it reasonable to layout subway along streets with high integration.

Abstract: Top management support (TMS) is one of critical success factors of information systems. However, prior research had no agreement on the contents, forms and roles of TMS. Especially, studies conducted in Chinese manufacturing industry context were scarce. This paper constructed a model to describe the effects of TMS on information systems success and the reactions. Following multi-case study approach, it collected the qualitative data from eleven manufacturing enterprises, and nine of which were got together through interviewing the CIOs. As result, the conceptual model was supported. The findings have significant meanings for practice.

Abstract: The forklift is the research object, for the reason of its large application quantities, high fuel consumption and bad emission. It is the important research direction of the energy saving of forklift to improve the working state of engine by means of hybrid technology. Based on the study of energy distribution, the schemes of parallel and series hybrid systems are evaluated, according to their fuel consumption, equipped power of working components and working parameters. The parallel hybrid system with the capacitor as energy accumulator and the project of energy regeneration with hydraulic motors are explored in detail, combining theoretical analysis. Finally, the energy regeneration,with hydraulic motor, is presented and synthetically evaluated.

Abstract: This paper mainly in combination with RFID to construct a set of power system equipment remote control, first on the tags reader received after the use of Visual Basic to determine the signal and transmits the signal via the RS232 cable to the control circuit 8051 to control the instrument power switch. The topic written in Visual Basic RFID, using features such as: personnel control systems, access control systems are derived from the time of access control systems, many instrument control systems, and use the records stored in the form of the function, the other circuit is transmit signals to Visual Basic 8051, then by 8051 to control the instrument power switch.

Abstract: As an important tool of workshop information management, workshop production management system has improved the production efficiency, management level and market competitiveness greatly. Based on the characteristics of deep-water production facilities a related workshop management system has been developed in this paper. The way of workshop data acquisition is presented in detail, bar coding technology is applied in the system to facilitate the information collection of workshop. The workshop information model is probably analyzed, describing the flower of information and material in the workshop visually. In addition, the general structure and modules of the system that is divided into eight modules, such as the planning information management, production equipment management and workshop statistic is described. The structure of the software which is designed in Browser/Server model and information management database is also emphatically studied. The workshop production management system has become a bridge between the ERP at the higher level and the shop floor at the lower level, achieving the information exchanged and shared quickly, then making the workshop production process transparency. Through this system, director can track semi-finished parts in the production line, supervise the production equipment operation conditions, promise the worker in place timely and arrange production plan, manage the production process flexibly.

Abstract: With the full study of industrial process control technology for thermal, chemical industry, the application process, the FCS system of biomass pyrolysis unit was development combined with the actual. Feeding system uses the weighing system of dynamic belt with an advanced embedded technology. The computing speed and accuracy, data processing compared with traditional electronic belt scale, information exchange, integration, reliability and stability will be greatly improved. The technology shall be constantly upgraded and vigorously promoted. The frame structures of dynamic roller were various in forms. Different systems can be used to the frame with different scale structures. The suspension of multi-scale frame of the roller was used widely currently. The modeling and structural optimization of the frames in reasonable scale were designed with reducing the use of metal materials, optimizing the overall performance of mechanical systems and improving the weighing accuracy. The analysis of dynamic roller in scale weighing and speed principle, the establishment of a multi-roller single floating frame structure of the scale model and the analysis of the roller of the force were built. The verification in final design through the ANSYS software is reasonable.

Abstract: It is important in practices and engineering applications to study the post-processor of 5-axis milling machines with non-orthogonal structure. A special type of 5-axis milling machines was studied in this paper, in which the axis of the rotary table is fixed at 45° to the spindle. Based on analysis of its structure and kinemics, the post processing algorithms were deduced in detail, including calculation of the table rotary angle and the motion coordinates of the spindle. The post processing algorithms provide the mathematic foundation for development of the CAD/CAM soft ware.

Abstract: This paper introduced the repair methods of wear-resistant layer of the drilling tool stabilizer, and proposed a simple fitting method for spiral drill stabilizer wear belt, fitting of spatial spiral surface is essence of the space spiral curve fitting, for a pitch fixed spiral can be expanded to two-dimensional line, and then using interpolation technique can control drill stabilizer and repair work head of joint motion, the synthesis of these two motions is the space spiral.

Abstract: Maximum power tracking is one of most important methods to improve efficiency of Photovoltaic power system. By simulating and analyzing the photovoltaic cell model,using Boost circuit to achieve maximum power tracking. Based on the analysis of the constant-voltage method, perturbation and observation method, then combining these two methods,I Put forward the constant-voltage method combined with perturbation and observation method, and has carried on the simulation.
