Abstract: Cyanobacteria blooms are constantly observed in the coastal waters and pose an enormous threat to public health, economy and ecological environment. The characteristics of blue algal bloom images and feature extraction procedures are analyzed in this paper. The pixel value of Cyanobacteria blooms color images has a significant difference from normal coastal waters images, particularly those of Hue and Saturation. A new method is proposed for Cyanobacteria blooms detection using dynamic K-means algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate the excellent practicability of the proposed detection method. Based on the pixel statistics, it can achieve a highly successful probability of detecting bloom images. Therefore, the proposed detection method can be expected to classify and detect Cyanobacteria blooms in monitoring and forecasting systems.

Abstract: In order to solve cylinder outbreak problem of high pressure, the blowoff system has been added at transformation process from conventional turbo diesel engine to sequential turbocharing diesel engine. Set up air bleeder valve model of diesel engine sequential turbocharing high condition based on SIMULINK software platform and the air bleeder valve regulated by fuzzy PI control strategies, when the stable operation and in low load conditions of diesel engine, analyses the burst control effect as increase the amount of fuel delivery at different situation. The simulation results show that the model has fast response, high control accuracy and good control effect of high burst pressure, achieve control of diesel engine performance, fuel economy and reliability.

Abstract: This paper presents the control of the 6-DOF parallel manipulator using Lagrangian equation. The 6-DOF parallel manipulator are composed of fix base and moveable platform are couple by the actuators. The dynamic equations express by Lagrangian equation, the structure of the 6-DOF parallel manipulator and kinematics and are explains in this paper. The 6-DOF parallel manipulator using Lagrangian equation are accurate and good ability.

Abstract: The Location Template Matching (LTM) method is known to be simple and straightforward to use for source localization problem. We have found that the method is not as simple as one might think, but there are many practical aspects that must be carefully considered. The most important parameter is the spatial resolution of the pre-defined reference points. The other parameters are the sampling rate, the time alignment between the signals, the frequency bandwidth of a signal, and the length of data. It is also shown that the accuracy of the LTM method can be improved if a couple of more sensors are used. This paper discusses these practical considerations in detail for the purpose of providing a proper guidance of using the LTM method.

Abstract: The present paper introduces a sort of analysis and design of electric energy consumption inspection equipment based on ARM9, which can inspect multiple electric energy indexes and conduct a real time inspection to electric energy consumption. Both a real time collection and a real time transmission of electric energy consumption data are realized and a real time analysis of these data that are transmitted through the network to the host computer can be carried out as well, the features of which are low power consumption, low cost, very applicable, high real time performance, etc. The paper also describes the system’s basic structure, hardware design, software design and system debugging process.

Abstract: Product conceptual design is a problem-solving activity based on knowledge engineering. Information model of product conceptual design includes functional knowledge, effect knowledge, principle solution knowledge and their relationships. This paper is devoted to presenting a general product information processing method for product conceptual design based on improved meta-model. The representation of product function, domain, relationship, behavior, structure, property based on the above meta-model are proposed step by step. The methodology is obviously helpful for product innovation.

Abstract: For the cascade control system of double water tanks liquid level ,the water tanks model is established .The new two-degree-of-freedom IMC-PID regulator is designed by new internal model control(IMC) theory and it is the main controller of the cascade control system . The system performance is directly related to the two adjustable parameters of regulator. By adjusting the two parameters, very good dynamic response performance of both the setting value tracking and anti-interference characteristics can be achieved simultaneously. Simulation results have shown the validity of the proposed control scheme compared with the conventional PID regulator and the old two-degree-of-freedom IMC-PID regulator.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel robust control method is proposed for uncertain time-delayed systems. The objective is to guarantee system stability and robustness against modeling errors. A fuzzy estimator is developed to predict the uncertain plant time-delay. Smith predictor is exploited. An adaptive tuning law is developed to further improve the control system performance. The proposed robust control method is successfully applied to a heat exchanger control system. Simulation results show that the approach is indeed effective. System robustness as well as stability is achieved.

Abstract: The research of the control system of automatic feeding machine in the present paper can be applied in different mechanical designs – from simple key-press input of cycling days, multiple time intervals and the feeding amount to setting steps of numbers of stepping motor via the control of SMC by time setting. This not only realizes the objective of “fixed-time” and “fixed-quantity” feeding, but also solves the problems of serious leaking, high failure rate, and loud noises during the process of using warehouse-type feeding machines, which brings favorable economic and social benefits for enterprises.

Abstract: Ambiguities is one of the biggest obstacles of English-Chinese machine translation. In order to make the disambiguation more easily and effectively, the reasons of ambiguities why the quality of machine translation is very low from the perspective of linguistics were analyzed. And then some measures of disambiguation were proposed. This study has significance for the development of English-Chinese machine translation.
