Abstract: The floating is increasing in rivers and lakes in China now. It often appeared in few days when seasonal flood coming or accidental time as a serious question in circumstance, especially gave trouble to peoples who work in reservoirs. Many floating blocked the lattice will cause water level up. This design mainly include analysis the characteristics of all types machine, choose the PLC system and design the control system of rotary cleaning machine. It includes the trapezoid diagram procedure; the exterior I/O connects the line diagram. The machine can work efficiency when it rolling behind the lattice as no people control. All PLC control system safety successfully passed check in lab.

Abstract: Aimed at the problem of low resolution and cross term interference of the traditional time-frequency analysis methods, a new time-frequency filtering method based on generalized S transform is proposed. The method is extended under the premise of the linearity, lossless invertibility, high time-frequency resolution of S transform. On the basis, a coefficient which is direct to the signal energy distribution is introduced. In this way, the resolution of the S transform can be adjust adaptively. Eventually, this method is applied to the time-frequency filtering. The results of simulation and faulty bearing show that the proposed methodology can achieve good effect of noise reduction, and be more suitable for the non-stationary characteristics of vibration signals.

Abstract: How can people get the difference fatal is most based on the training. There are many differences in training students of engineering in America and in China. Students in USA get ability and cooperation spirit by independent thinking, team work and project training. They have many chances to combine the Engineering theory and practice together in studying term. On the contrary, students of engineering in China spend more time to read theory or learn English to pass examinations, and Chinese students can get higher theoretical level indeed. So they can use computer to design, but scare the practice.

Abstract: The Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) of Electric Vehicle (EV) is improved in this paper. Based on the research of system structure and motor, a new method is proposed to adjust the threshold and coordinate the motor braking force with the friction braking force. So the traditional threshold control algorithm of ABS is improved for the EV. The simulation results based on the MATLAB/Simulink model indicate that the improved ABS can keep the wheels in the stability region and decrease the motor regenerative braking force as soon as possible. The balance between brake safety and energy recovery is achieved through this method.

Abstract: Considering the importance of vehicle active safety system, this article designs the manageable man-machine interactive software that can help engineers to design the vehicle active safety system. Engineers can interact with the software and involve in most processes of active safety system design through the visual software. And the software can improve design efficiency, shorten the design cycle, and reduce design costs. Through the successful development of the software, the paper shows the important role VC++ plays in vehicle active safety system design and this will be instructive.

Abstract: Seed metering procedure of metering device was a key factor to affect performance of precision seed metering device. Based on analysis of seed holding volume of metering scoop, relationship between the seed holding volume and structure parameters of the metering scoop was established, and beginning and ending angles of seed clearing during the seed metering procedure were determined. Simulation analysis of seed metering procedure with different parameters of the metering device was carried out by mean of discrete element method to identify the influences of metering scoop parameters on the performance the metering device, and suitable range of structure parameters of the metering scoop were investigated. Finally, the reasonability of design parameters of the metering scoop for experiment usage was verified.

Abstract: As an advanced painting equipment, the spray-painting robot has been widely used in product painting. For the shape complexity of modern product, how to make the coating uniform has become an extremely important problem. In this paper, based on Z-map theory and the free surface’s CAD model, the free surface is fragmented into polyhedron model, and then the coordinate information and normal vectors of the painting node under the condition of equidistance painting are exacted with MATLAB program. At the end, with those coordinate information & normal vectors, the spray gun path for a random free surface could be generated and simulated automatically. Finally, based on the 3D model setup with Pro/E software, the spray gun path for a car body’s top area is generated and simulated.

Abstract: This article has carried on the description about characteristic of rubber damping spring. According to different pressure and different temperature, The paper has carried on analysis using both static and dynamic test method. Obtaining the conclusion that the pressure change has little effect on the shear stiffness of rubber spring in positive pressure conditions,. Environmental temperature on the performance have larger effect. Therefore, we should carry on temperature test in the use of rubber elasticity components to ensure that the rubber spring meet the requirements in a certain temperature range

Abstract: In this paper, we consider the problem of evolutionary link strength mining for information diffusion modeling and predicting. Most exiting approaches analyzing link strength focus on either topological information or content semantics, but do not simultaneously consider combining both features. Furthermore, in many applications of text stream data, the users are always in need of the ability to track link strength evolution pattern along time line. In this paper, we argue that the evolutionary link strength reflects a user’s interest to create reply links and is influenced by both neighbors and topic content. With this aim in mind, we propose a novel Content-Topology-Time model for link strength predicting in time-aware online social network. Comprehensive experimental studies on real world micro-blog data set show that our approach outperforms existing ones and well matches the practice.

Abstract: In view of the request of wireless accurate position of workers and equipments, the characteristics of wireless signal transmission and position have been analyzed. Based on the Two Way Arrival and Symmetric Double Sides Two Way Arrival, a multi-Access points Centroid wireless Localization algorithm of area was designed in this paper. And The simulation shows that this algorithm performance is stable, reduces the spread and a range of error by NLOS and can improve the degree of wireless Localization accuracy in underground.
