Abstract: The power mathematical model of overall rotary cultivator has important significance in guiding rotary cultivator digital design. This paper first analyzed the main influential parameters of rotary cultivator motive power consumption, and then studied the power consumption situation respectively from cutting soil, throwing soil and transmission, finally attained the goal of establishing an overall unit rotary cultivator power mathematical model.

Abstract: This paper do an experiment about titanium cutting with nine different parameters to analysis the effect of the tools to the cutting processing. We use the AdvantEdge to simulate cutting processing before the experiment. After the simulation, we can get the cutting force of each tool parameters. Then we do the experiment in the machine. During the experiment, we collected the cutting force, observing the tool condition. The result, show how the tool parameters effect the cutting force.

Abstract: β-Ni(OH)2 nanospheres and nanoflakes have been successfully synthesized with nickel nitrate as nickel source and stronger ammonia water as precipitant via the hydrothermal method. The phase and the morphologies of the samples have been characterized and analyzed by XRD (X-ray diffraction) and SEM (Scanning electron microscope), respectively. XRD analysis shows that the phase of the samples is β-Ni(OH)2. SEM analysis confirms that the low reaction temperature is propitious to the synthesis of β-Ni(OH)2 nanospheres. However, The high temperature is in favor of the synthesis of β-Ni(OH)2 nanosflakes.

Abstract: The researchers have recently increased the attention in controllable fulids and its applications.Magnetorheological(MR) dampers are devices that employ rheological fluids to modify their mechanical propeties.Their mechanical simplicity,high dynamic range,lower power requirements,large force capacity,robustness and safe manner operation in case of fail have made them attractive devices to semi-active control in civil,aerospace and automotive suspension applications.The mechanical models of the magnetorheological dampers by parameter modeling and non-parameter modeling were discussed and analyzed. In especial, eight models were described in detail. It is pointed out that the different design should adapt different model in order to take advantage of its characteristic.

Abstract: With the building of "information highway" has been increasingly high, the bits and the Internet are ahead hand in hand; In bit-economic environment, there is no material form of atoms, only the 0 and 1 form of number sequences that are called the bit stream, which have value other than weight, have played an increasingly important role in the economic life of the people. Compared with the industrial age economics, Bit-economics has pulled out many new phenomenon, which the traditional laws of economics can’t explain the subsequent hidden new economic theories; As to bits of product demand curves out of the demand curve contrary to the phenomenon of material products, This paper using empirical analysis and the use of SPSS, MATLAB software, proves the new forms that bit-product demand curve shows to us.

Abstract: When designing a landing gear damper, it is well-known that damper characteristics required for good handling are not the same as those required for good ride comfort. Semi-active control landing gear damper, as their name implies, fill the gap between purely passive damper and fully active control Langing gear-control systems and offer the reliability of passive systems, yet maintain the versatility and adaptability of fully active devices. During recent years there has been considerable interest towards theoretical study and practical practical implementation of this semi-active control landing gear damper for their low energy requirement and cost. For this reason, The basic theoretical for semi-active landing gear damper design and implementation has been briefly reviewed, mathematical model of semi-active control landing gear is established . A state feedback semi-active controller is designed. At last, the passive control landing gear model and semi -active control landing gear model are simulated. Simulation result shows that the vibration of passive control landing gear is vehement, and the system stable time is long.But in the simi-active control landing gear system the impact load and vibraton can be reduced, the aircraft can reach the stability state in a few seconds. Using linear quadratic optimal control effect is good.

Abstract: Methods and steps of the process planning design were introduced by throttle valve parts. Technical requirements were determined and various parts of the stock allowance of roughcast were confirmed by process analysis of the parts, machining process route was finished completely. Theory was ready for the subsequent actual machining.

Abstract: Usability is the basic properties of the product, and it is the overall evaluation to the product usability. In this paper, firstly, establish a usability evaluation index system of the welding clamp. Then, use the improved fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to assess the usability of welding clamp. In an improved fuzzy synthetic evaluation model, the index weight which is identified by using AHP method is amended objectively by using entropy technology, the resolution ratio is improved by classifying the differences between qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes. Finally, get the evaluation results of the usability of a welding clamp according to the method above.
