Finite Element Static Analysis for Frame of Material Conveyor Base on ANSYS

Abstract:

In this paper, using Solide-edge and Finite element software the model of frame of material conveyor was established, and the static analysis for the frame of material conveyor was analyzed. The deformation modulus and stiffness load in different working conditions was obtained, and the strength of the frame meets the requirements was checked. The reference of frame of material conveyor design was provided.
