Abstract:

To study the relationships between transferring and sharing of knowledge and quality management based on Juran’s theory of quality loop with the SECI model raised by Nonaka. Suggest that the deployment of knowledge transferring and sharing in quality management would continuously promote its performance. This paper introduces quality management process, the knowledge transfer and sharing mode. In enterprise quality management, realize the effective knowledge transfer and sharing, must also solve incentive mechanism, the quality tools and technical problems.
