POE Analysis on Urban Block Parks Based on Public Behavior Selection — Comparison of Hangzhou Wanxiang Park and Civil Park

Abstract:

As urban block parks are small public open spaces scattered in a city, users’ behavior requirements determine the space utilization. The study, taking Hangzhou Civil Park and Wanxiang Park for example, adopts POE basic study method to investigate and compare the service conditions of parks by means of analyzing behavior selection and space suitability, as well as to put forward space reform and optimizing strategies.
