Conflicts of Interests in the Construction of Green Belt around Tianjin

Abstract:

Taking the green belt construction around Tianjin as an example and referring to the round-the-city green belt construction experience both at home and abroad, this paper tries to reveal the conflicts of interests between all concerned parties in Tianjin city’s green belt construction and put forward suggestions about planning and managing for mitigating interest conflicts.
