Abstract: This paper introduces the concept of subjective functional reliability and requirements method, and the establishment of a functional relationship with the project cost. With case and similar projects statistical verify the scientific, practical, to some extent, reflect people's expectations, and for limited --design laid the operability of the theoretical foundation.

Abstract: A bilevel programming model, in which the government could maximize its efficiency and the vulnerable housing group could maximize its utility, was constructed under the market-cleaning assumption in urban housing security, and then the optimal decision by vulnerable housing groups is discussed in government’s price for affordable housing with property right, and the existence of the optimal decision by consumers and government is proved, respectively. And at the same time, the constructed bilevel model is solved through the use of the smoothing method. Finally, the bilevel programming model is constructed under the uncertainty and the non-market-cleaning accordingly. The conclusion shows that it is reasonable to maximize consumer welfare and the efficiency of government in urban housing security system, and it makes recommendations for government decision-making accordingly.

Abstract: In real estate industry, there exist some contradictions, including less land supply and higher residential demand, high residential vacancy rate and growing residential demand, resource waste owing to short-term investment and limited resources, high prices and low purchasing power. The paradox matter-element extension theory is fit for the contradictive study, and consistent with the sustainable development of the real estate industry in terms of research subject, logic theory, and variability. On basis of these, this Study establishes extension-theory-based evaluation index system for sustainable development of real estate industry, in which the indices are categorized into five groups: economy and finance, social equality, ecological environment, resources utilization, and government management.

Abstract: The relative carrying capacity of resources methods was used to calculate the relative carrying capacity of land resources, the relative carrying capacity of economic resources and carrying capacity of integrated resource of Xuchang City during 1978-2008. Study shows that: carrying capacity of integrated resource of Xuchang City is overload, overloading population between 44.2 ~ 1.203 million, showing a "low - high - low" fluctuations; before 1996, land resources is the main capacity resources of Xuchang City, while economic resources become the main capacity resources from then on, mainly due to the decrease of indices of the carrying capacity of land resources. the key factors to restrict sustainable development in Xuchang city is a weak economic foundation and a large population, so Xuchang city should speed up economic development, enhance the carrying capacity of economic resources; control the rapid population growth, improve population quality, make great efforts to achieve sustainable development of resources, environmental, economic and population in Xuchang City

Abstract: Constructing papermaking industry eco-industrial park is a importance way which can solve the dilemma of resource, environment, and economic development from enterprise group hierarchy. By ecological theories of “key specises” and eco-industrial chain, this paper analyses the feasibility of china’s papermaking industry constructing eco-industrial park. By way of case analysis, prove that constructing papermaking industry eco-industrial park is a feasible way of realizing sustainable development of china’s papermaking industry.

Abstract: This paper studies the relational degree of the indemnificatory housing and regional real estate market and proposes suggestions about the construction of the indemnificatory housing under the background of expedited indemnificatory housing. By taking Liaoning as the study example, this paper adopts error correction model (ECM) and studies the relational degree and influence of the indemnificatory housing and the real estate market through empirical analysis of the historical data of the Liaoning real estate market, and proposes some proper countermeasures and suggestions.
