Abstract: Most Wenzhou firms are family owned or small stock holdings whose investors are relatives and friends. Business model in Wenzhou work to manage their industries as the second hand of the government. The business model in Wenzhou was organized by industries under the lead of local government. This paper gave us technical analysis on business model of Chinese Wenzhou.

Abstract: Shanxi ancient villages and towns have a prominent representative in the historical and cultural dwellings in the Yellow River Valley. Based on the field research, this paper summarizes the experience in the protection and exploitation of Shanxi’s ancient villages into four modes, which mainly include the Jingsheng Mode, based on the county level’s fiscal revenue, the ancient Zhangbi Model driven by the county’s economy, the Huangcheng village Model developed by its rural economy, and the Shangzhuang Village’s Protective model based mainly on investment from individuals. These protection and development modes have achieved some initial results. In contrast with these, some historical towns represented by Ancient Town of Qikou are facing adverse conditions for emphasizing the protection too much to expand themselves. This paper will come up with a brief way for development.

Abstract: This paper researches on the territorial system of urban and rural integration to provide reference resources for solving urban-rural dual economy and society structure and land-use management. Methods of documentary data and theory are applied. The result of study indicates that: (1) build up five-level territorial planning at national, province, district, county and regional level to strategically arrange land-use; (2) build up line planning of various types of land to manage scientifically and efficiently; (3) compile land reclamation planning at town-level, village planning to enrich land use detailed planning and promote operation of available; (4) form long-term territorial planning, five-year line planning and annual land use program. The conclusion of this paper shows that: (1) modify urban-rural planning law to unify the planning law provisions; (2) establish planning management committee to unify management of urban-rural territorial; (3) work out unified basic map and standard land classification to unify technical standard system; (4) improve the degree of public participation at different planning stage; (5) implement planning qualification management and industry access system and strengthen planning implementation and modification supervision management.

Abstract: This paper discusses the hottest topics which are about the global thermal environmental problem. Our group did some work in urban heat environment in Wuhan of China. Wuhan is a typical summer-hot- winter-cold city where the phenomenon of urban heat island effect is very strong. In order to find out the heat states of downtown and suburb, we carried out a field moving measurement in the summer of 2011. Two routes (according to the main wind directions) and 12 periods (the typical periods of heat island effect) were chosen by us for this experiment. As a result, we collected a series of data of temperature-humidity index, radiation temperature and wind velocity, made a good deal of graphs by data analysis and reduction. Finally we found several phenomena about urban heat environment, such as different positions of the knee points (inflexion) of the temperature at different time; the intensity of heat island effect from morning to evening. We have gotten some temperature scales about heat island effect in Wuhan. This conclusion provides a quantitative indicator for our urban renewal and redevelopment.

Abstract: The Yangtze River Delta was selected as a case study to evaluate urban sustainability based on the index system, which was composited of economic development, social development, resources and environmental press. Factor analysis was applied to extract principal component. Then based on the factor scores of the principal components extracted from three aspects, four urbanization types are obtained.

Abstract: Through case studies of Japan's post-disaster reconstruction, the author thought that Wenchuan earthquake reconstruction needed to evaluate. After researched and analyzed the situation and characteristics of the city's reconstruction in three represents which are the new county seat of Beichuan, Weizhou in Wenchuan and Dujiangyan City, the author proposed 10 selected evaluation elements, in order to supply a technical reference for building evaluation system and carrying out the evaluation.

Abstract: The industrial structure of the Ili River basin represents obviously the dual economic structure. It has been clearly demonstrated as follows: low degree, virtual ophistication and isomorph co-exist in industrial structures. To change the isomorphic industrial structure and realize the rationalization of watershed industrial structure, we should do as follows: selecting and training the leading industries in Ili River basin; giving more attention to market mechanism and the basic function of it in resource allocation during the dynamic adjustment of industrial structure.

Abstract: Focus on the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industrialization barriers, the paper applies the marginal analysis into the CO2 emission reduction of the HFCV. Based on the outputs of the GREET model, the CO2 emission reduction amount of the HFCVs, the CO2 emissions amount of HFCVs and the scale of the HFCV are calculated separately. Then we build the formulas of the above variables so that the marginal curve of the CO2 emission reduction and the commercialization scale of HFCVs are mapped. The conclusion shows the marginal analyze could play a useful role in the CO2 emission reduction estimation of the HFCV industrialization.

Abstract: In combination with regional economics and development economics theory,this paper built an evaluation index system on regional sustainable development capability from the 15 indexes by the angles of economic development level, social development level, resources and environmental conditions, and gave an comprehensive evaluation on the sustainable development ability in each province of China with the data of 2010 years. The results showed that the sustainable development ability in each province of China had risen ceaselessly as the economic and social development level;But the difference of sustainable development ability in each province is great, and over time, this difference has not been narrowing. Overall, the sustainable development ability in the east is strong, and that in the western region is very weak
