On the Application of BOT Mode in Environmental Protection and Pollution Abatement in Industrial Parks

Abstract:

It’s necessary and feasible to adopt BOT mode of environmental protection and pollution abatement in industrial park. The BOT mode not only helps to make up for the gap of construction fund of environmental protection, but also help to improve the effectiveness of environmental protection and pollution abatement in industrial park with through market mechanism. The article first analyzes the significance of introducing BOT mode into the environmental protection and pollution abatement in industrial park. Second, the article analyzes the prerequisites for implementing BOT mode of environmental protection and pollution abatement in industrial park. In the end the article bring forward countermeasures for implementing BOT mode of environmental protection and pollution abatement in industrial park
