Abstract: The application of digital technology is a trend that holds considerable promise as shown in many applications. This technology includes the means to integrate and interact with diverse multidimensional data. Digital mine (DM) is the result of integrating various disciplines including mine science, information science, computer science and 3S techniques, which will radically change the traditional mine production and our lifestyles. The functions and main characters of DM are analyzed. A framework for a DM operation system is provided. Key techniques concerned in the implementation of DM are discussed in detail. The future development of DM is prospected.

Abstract: In order to improve the method of the LED display panel grayscale modulation, a method based on computer calculation is proposed. First, the development history and trends of the LED display panel are introduced. Second, present the structure of the LED display panel and the existed modulation method. Simultaneously, point out the ground for shortcomings of the existed method. Third, describe the principle modulation method based on computer calculation detail from two steps, which are the data signal transformation and the grayscale modulation. Forth, describe the realization steps of this method in accordance with the third step. Finally, this method is supplied in a LED display panel, whose resolution is 320×240. Experimental results show that this method is able to increase the grayscale from 14-bit to 16-bit, and can enhance the display result of the LED display panel significantly.

Abstract: Series design is a systemic design process for enterprises, while computer virtual combination technology is vital for product series design. In the present paper, products series design is investigated; and based on it, various computer virtual combination technologies used in product series design are reviewed. The usage of computer virtual combination technology can save the cost of production, complete series design task and improve the efficiency and level of product series.

Abstract: The objective of environmental observation with wireless sensor networks is to extract the synoptic structures of the phenomena of region of interest (ROI) in order to make effective predictive and analytical characterizations. Adaptive sampling strategy is regarded as a much promising method for improving energy efficiency in recent years. However, due to distributed characteristics of wireless sensor networks, adaptive sampling schemes should be operated in a distributed manner with clustering algorithm. In this paper, we dedicate to investigating appropriate sensing-aware clustering algorithm for adaptive sampling. The principle of SAC algorithm follows such metric: sensor nodes that are similar to each other in terms of their observed sensory data should be clustered into one group. Besides, sensor nodes will join in its nearest cluster for the sake of spatial correlation model with Euclidean physical distance. By emphasizing on the sensing-aware clustering, it helps to derive better spatial correlation to guarantee adaptive sampling. The simulation results verify SAC algorithm at the aspect of correlation factor.

Abstract: According to the working principle of load monitored oil pressure, in order to real-time monitor the actual load of auxiliary shift, and make the execution of alarming on the malfunctions in the working state of the equipment concerned, we designed a monitor system of auxiliary shift based on Labview[1]. This system can provide guarantee of the safety lifting. So the formation, design principle, hardware and software design well be introduced in this article.

Abstract: In this paper, research on a high speed arc image sampling and processing system based on DSP has been done. A RS-422A interface has been used to sample high speed image, A TMS320C40 high speed DSP and high frame rate CCD are used as the sensor. The optical image can be converted into digital image in this image sampling and processing system efficiently, with the high speed DSP and the high speed memories, to improve the data transfer speed and receive the image data correctly, DMA data communication technology is adopted. The test result shows that this system is very effective for arc research.

Abstract: Verilog is the most widely used hardware description language. It can be used in the modeling, synthesis, and simulation stages of the hardware system designing. This thesis is about applying Verilog HDL to design the multifunctional electronic timing system. This system has brought about the timing function, the Alarm clock function, the time checking module, the stop clock module, the exact hour alarming module, the alarm clock’s shielding and alarming function module and the stop clock Prompting function module. The modules which have applied this design can be transplanted to other kinds of electronic control systems conveniently. This system uses the Verilog HDL to design, so it has nothing to do with the craft. It allows us to attain the applicable actual circuit easily without considering much about the details of the gate level and the realization of the craft in the function designing stage and the logic verification stage. We just need to exert different conditions according to the demand of the design of the system.

Abstract: GIS is getting more attention in the application of electric power system. This article mainly focuses on the electric GIS system based on the practical need in the electric system. This electric GIS system is composed of three subsidiary systems, among which PDA may transfer data collected by the inspectors to GIS general management and control system through GPRS, design the Geodatabase and system functional modules which accessed by multiple users simultaneously with C/S model, to achieve the automation in the information sharing and collaborative work.

Abstract: Based on integration design method for semi-armor-piercing warhead, the design and implementation of CAD system are illuminated. The whole frame of CAD system is established. The function of integration design system is analyzed by IDEF0 method, and the functional modules are established. System software structure is founded based on system functional characteristic. Based on the technique of database and visualization, the key techniques of system implementation are analyzed in detail, which include database, visualization, etc. Finally, an application example of CAD system is given.
