Abstract: According to the application status of the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) in mechanical design field and the higher knowledge threshold that is set up for designer by CAE technique, this paper puts forward to construct a basic prototype of system to provide knowledge assistance for CAE designer with active knowledge assistance method and operation encapsulation based on network. And it is encapsulated as the partner software of the CAE software to realize the effective utilization of the CAE to reduce the learning burden of designer and designing cost. The existence of this aided system promotes the application of CAE in mechanical design engineering and improves the innovation ability.

Abstract: The stability of the system is the prior condition for whether the control system can operate normally, in the classical control theory, time domain analyze method, complex domain analyze method and frequency domain analyze method are often used to analyze the performance of the control system. Using LabVIEW to design graphic user interface, input parameters, then the curve can be drawn out immediately and calculate the interrelated parameters, which plays an important role in analyzing the stability of the system.

Abstract: The development process and method of using VBA technology to develop two-dimensional gallery system of components of injection moulds for plastics taking ejector pin for example is described in detail, which includes establishing parameters database of components, design and calling of user interface, program and menu. The two-dimensional gallery system of components of injection moulds for plastics developed in AutoCAD can generate two-dimensional drawing automatically with the design parameters that user selects and it is convenient for user to plot.

Abstract: Through properly setting the simulated annealing options of acceptance function, annealing function and temperature function, an adaptive hyper-parameter estimation method using simulated annealing algorithm is applied to improve the accuracy and efficiency of SVM. While, in order to eliminate the effects of error accumulation in multi-SVM, D-S theory is employed for decision fusion of SVM classifiers. When delimiting the belief and plausibility measures, recognition capability of SVM classifiers has been taken into account. And the Dempster decision rule also has been considered to the recognition result of each SVM classifier in the fusion algorithm. Finely, with the data set in the database of Statlog for the study, the experiment result indicates that this method can significantly increase the classification accuracy and demonstrate a good performance of robust.

Abstract: The paper used technology of reverse engineering to process body point cloud data that acquired from three-dimensional (3D) scanning device, so as to rapidly establish 3D mannequin model matching to corresponding bodily form. Based on establishment of static mannequin model, characteristic curve can be dynamically adjusted and mannequin model surface can be reconstructed according to specific requirements of users to generate realistic 3D mannequin model in accordance with the application needs of made-to-measure clothing in garment CAD.

Abstract: The facies palaeogeographic reconstruction can be achieved by using the single factor analysis and multi-factor comprehensive mapping method and GIS spatial analysis functions. Single factors are the factors which can independently reflect some characteristics of sedimentary environments of a stratigraphic interval of a section in an area, such as the thickness of the interval and its specific rock types, texture constituents, etc. The multifactor comprehensive mapping method takes these quantitative single factor maps together and makes an integrative analysis. The reconstruction of lithofacies palaeogeography can be achieved in a particular area efficiently and exactly based on GIS system.

Abstract: Clouds are an important part of natural environment. The realistic simulation of cloud is a challenging topic in computer graphics. This paper proposes a simple, efficient approach based on computer vision and particle system to model various 3D clouds. This method use computer vision technology to extract 3D structure information of clouds from images, then using particles technology to fill the 3D space and render the cloud. This method is suitable to model all kinds of clouds, such as stratus, cumulus, cirrus etc. It is an improvement over earlier systems that modeled only one type of cloud.

Abstract: ECRPW (energy-efficient clustering routing protocol based on weight) routing protocol is presented to avoid the characteristic of limited energy for wireless sensor networks. It takes nodes’ residual energy into consideration during the process of cluster heads being elected. The constraint of distance threshold is used to optimize cluster scheme. Furthermore, it also sets up the routing tree based on cluster heads’ weight. We simulate and analyze LEACH and ECRPW in NS2. The results show that the performance of ECRPW is better than LEACH.

Abstract: A surgical and evaluation method in the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with image-free navigation was presented. Firstly, video tracking module, bone reconstruction module and virtual simulation module of this system were discussed. Secondly, the coordinate relations of several surgery objects (including surgical instrument, anatomical, camera and screen) in the surgical environment, the tracking based on MicronTracker (MT) with two cameras and the bone surface real-time reconstruction based on the Delaunay algorithm were introduced in detail. Finally, experiments of anisometry measurement and virtual simulation on two plastics were carried out to verify the validity of the proposed method. The anisometry value of reconstructed ACL was 8.97 mm. The effectiveness of ACL reconstruction has been proved by preliminary evaluation trials.
