Abstract: Different kinds of three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of oils have a large degree of overlap. The tradition based on the apparent characteristics of statistical features can only reflect the general characteristics of three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of simple components, or a single fluorescence peak sample differential case is practical, to complex water environment pollution in mineral oil identification has great limitations. The paper use independent component analysis(ICA) algorithm for mineral oil spectral compression dimensionality reduction, feature extraction, extraction of more deep, more elaborate characteristic parameters, and the concentration of information together with the physical significance of the oil pollution of three-dimensional fluorescence spectra characteristic sequence or vector. The mapping relation was obtained by the WNN between the singular value eigenvector and the species of the mineral oil. The WNN realized the recognition of the different kinds of mineral oil. The experiment result indicates that the right of the distinguish rate is 90%.

Abstract: In this paper, a kind of new G7 digital printing plate is designed by CorelDraw12 software, and all the experiments are carried out on Founder Yinjie C5100 digital press. Select values of density, dot increase values and CIEL*a*b* values to plot the neutral print density curves and dot increase curves with matlab software. Calibrate the G7 standard parameters in process of quality control. Build ICC profiles and printing color gamut respectively after attaining neutral gray balance. The research shows that G7 technology can improve the printing quality efficiently, and the paper offers a realistically applying for the operation.

Abstract: The purpose of this experiment was to demonstrate a quality analysis and control method for color management of EPSON 7600 color printer. The parameters of proofs, including solid density, dot gain, gray balance and color gamut were measured, and were compared with the offset quality. The paper put forward a practical solution for editing and optimizing color management and the profiles of devices. At the same time, the effect in Transmission and conversion of color information in standardized color management was analyzed and the evaluation model of color management and profile was established, which included subjective and objective evaluations.

Abstract: A weigh-in-motion device is developed to solve defects in the current method. A vehicle carrying capacitive sensor is adopted as the load weighing component, and an embedded MCU is used as main control unit in this device. The device achieved real-time monitoring and displaying for static loads, transient loads and overloads of vehicle. An alarm is issued if vehicle is overloaded. The information of vehicle loads may be send to inspectors by wireless communication device. The test results show that the measurement error of this device is less than 10% and its precision is better than one class WIM system provided by ASTM E131-02.

Abstract: By experimental methods, the influence of paper's properties on solid ink density and color reproduction results of digital prints was investigated, and different printing requirements on paper surface properties are analyzed. Different categories of paper were used, of which whiteness and smoothness was analyzed firstly, and then were output by same test target. Result shows that the paper's properties will impact on print quality to some extent, different paper should be taken for different images. The results of this paper has some practical guidance for printing companies, which can be used to research the printability of printing inks and papers, optimize printing process, improve printing quality, and provide method of standardization of process control.

Abstract: Digital printing has been playing a more and more important role in printing industry for its convenient production and quick turnaround. By experimental method, the differences of digital prints with different paper were detail analyzed, includes different base weight papers of the same category, and different categories papers with the same base weight. Results showed that the printing quality of offset paper with 120 g/m2 base weight was better than that of 100 g/m2, and that printing quality of art paper was better than matt art paper with the same base weight. Other characteristics of different papers were investigated too. The method and conclusion provides in this paper would be helpful for choosing appropriate material for production activities.

Abstract: In view of the toxicology and hazardous nature of the submicron particles, it is paid more and more attentions of the domestic and foreign research scholars. In this paper, we introduce the research progress on recognition, attributed and formation mechanism of submicron particles in the world. Simultaneously, the controlling technologies of submicron particles are discussed. The application tendency and the existence problems of the controlling technologies are analyzed. At last, the future research directions are put forward for submicron particles control.

Abstract: Piezoelectric amplifier is a very important part of the piezoelectric actuator. Not only positioning accuracy, but also dynamic performance and power are demanded more and more highly. At present piezoelectric amplifier are mainly used in static applications, power and frequency response are usually incompatible. This paper developed a new type of piezoelectric amplifier to meet high demand for dynamic, which takes dual-power supply, bridge-output to achieved slew rate, power were doubled, and maintain a wide frequency range at the same time. Controller implements DDS unit through FPGA, which could achieve sine, triangle, square and sawtooth.

Abstract: Aiming at the bottlenecks of long delay waiting in intra 4x4 prediction, this paper introduces an architecture of computing cells for intra 4´4 luma block prediction. It comprises a SKEW computing cell which employs four 2-level serial adders and two single-level adders, two DC computing cells which employs two 4-input adder and a bypass unit for exporting reference pixel values. The RTL model of our design is implemented with the VerilogHDL, and Synplify synthesis results show that the operation frequency of the intra 4´4 prediction could be up to 162.8MHz on the platform of Altera Stratix III EP3SL150F1152C2N. It totally requires 280 cycles to complete the prediction tasks, with a consumption of 15415 logic elements and 28KB memory bits. Compared with similar designs, our architecture requires less processing cycles and less hardware cost.
