Abstract: For ammunition film drying stove temperature control is not ideal actual situation, in order to further improve the precision of temperature control, we according to the artificial intelligent adjusting instruments the characteristics of system improvement, from the structure, algorithm, parameter setting and actual inspection, etc are discussed in detail. The results show that the fuzzy PID with artificial intelligence technology of ammunition film drying stove temperature in the improvement of the system is feasible.

Abstract: In this paper we propose a novel structure for CRLH-TL,that is symmetrical CRLH-TL structure,used in microstrip leaky-wave(MLWA) ,which will have more advantages than asymmetric structure.because the symmetrical structure allows the unit always in balanced state, microstrip leaky-wave antenna(MLWA)based on symmetrical structure CRLH-TL in balanced state can realize the seamless transition from left hand to right hand , expanding the scope of beam scanning,realizing the beam scanning function of the electromagnetic wave from backward to forward and miniaturization.The phenomenon will be explained theoretically and validated through the measurement and simulation in this paper.

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of the test system for loom performance assessment, a new data acquisition system of loom performance based on LabVIEW was developed according to direct memory access (DMA) transfer method. Through given hardware components and tested on a Toyata air-jet loom, the different signals were collected and transferred to computer. Then these signals were processed and the test parameters could be reckoned and shown on the PC screen by special designed software program. The result showed that this virtual test system can satisfy the requirement of loom measurement.

Abstract: At present, the LED electronic display is widely applied in each kind of public area to announce all kinds of information. So it can make people feel facility, it can also expand the information audience.Display broadcast information needs regular replacement, and the methods are varied. In many cities,the present displays which are set up in the intersections of streets are quite scattered, and away from each others, so only the artificial update method is adopted. However, this approach relatively consumes more manpower and material resource. On the other hand it would cost much more time so that the information could not be broadcasted in time. A new idea of the information updating based on SMS (Short Messaging Service) is proposed in this paper. The GSM modems are all installed in controllers of the control center and the display terminals, and the GSM modems are controlled by the embedded software system to send and receive the message via AT commands. Therefore, the control center could send the updating information as SMS to all of display terminals in this way, and the terminals replace old information and broadcast the new information as soon as they received the news. This approach not only saves the manpower and the material resource, but also makes it possible to increase the information betimes.

Abstract: The continuous casting batch machine scheduling with flexible jobs is proposed based on its character. The original problem is firstly preprocessed based on rule, and then the optimization model with minimizing setup costs is proposed. To improve the efficiency of local search, the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is introduced, and then the PSO and heuristic strategy are embedded into the Iterated Local Search (ILS) to solve the problem. The solution space is divided into many subspaces based on the charge information, and then the subspaces are integrated after local search. The maximum number of iteration is introduced as stopping condition. Then, the proposed algorithm and ILS are compared, and the changing of learning factors, number of generation, and the maximum number of iteration are also tested respectively. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can solve the problem efficiently.

Abstract: In this paper, an adjustable constant current circuit is designed by combining the digital potentiometer X9312 and the microcontroller 89C52. We first introduce the overall component and structure of the constant current dimming circuit which needs to be designed. Then, the hardware circuit design and the software design are discussed in detail. Based on the proposed design method, the manufacturing and the testing of the prototype machine are taken at last. The testing results are satisfactory, and meet the design requirement. The proposed design approach has won award in 2009 National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest.

Abstract: After comparing the principle features of MnZn ferrite material of high permeability and amorphous alloy of FeCuNbSiB, this paper produced an improved solution to sensor performance by applying highly magnetic non-brilliant alloy of iron base to the testing windings of eddy current testing sensors and designed the two-dimensional decomposition testing circuit in terms of sensor testing signal. It ended with a comparison between new sensors and traditional ferrite winding sensors in terms of sensibility and linearity. The experiment results showed that the new eddy current sensors have much better sensibility and linearity compared with their traditional peers.

Abstract: In this paper, the pulse-induced acoustic sound in laser cutting is collected, and the data processing is performed with wavelet denoising and time-frequncy analyzing. The impact of laser processing parameters on the acoustic signal is discussed; and further analysis of the effect of cutting speed is conducted. The corresponding relationship between the best velocity and the maximum time-frequency energy density is got; also the plan of adaptive control in laser cutting is designed. The results in this paper can provide important parameters for adaptive control of laser cutting.

Abstract: A adaptive control method of the pulse demagnetizer was presented, Can adjust the strength of the charge current automatically according to the changes of the magnetic content to ensure the constant of the magnetic field.The experimental results have shown that it has the advantages of low power consumption, strong anti-interference capability, stable and reliable operation, long life and good demagnetizing effect, when compared to the conventional demagnetizers.
