Abstract: Based on the concept of the remanufacturing for automotive components, the significance of implementing the remanufacturing was analyzed in this paper. And then the advanced technologies of automotive remanufacturing were focused on with some examples, such as the electro-brush plating technology, high-speed arc spraying technology, hypersonic velocity plasma spraying technology, scratch fast fill technology, and so on. In the end the conclusion was educed that the automotive remanufacturing is significant to the sustainable development of the society economy and the environmental protection, so the implementation is imperative under the situation.

Abstract: In order to get current-mode multiphase sinusoidal oscillator with high frequency, high accuracy, high stability and easy to be integrated, a multiphase sinusoidal oscillator circuit is presented. The oscillator can produce N output-currents (N being even or odd) with equal-amplitude and equal- phase spaced. The circuit uses adjoint Op-Amp, grounded capacitors and enjoys low passive sensitivities. The oscillation condition and frequency for the oscillator can be tuned independently. The simulated results are illustrated.

Abstract: Addressing drawbacks of analog components and questions of multi-channel fluxgate signal operation, a FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) based signal processing system is designed. Three copies of sub modules compose the whole system, each of which exclusively processes one of three outputs of the fluxgate sensor. A “Phase-Sensitive-Rectification & Low-Pass-Filtering” circuit structure is employed in the processing module, through which the fluxgate signal harmonics are extracted and converted into direct quantities according to detected magnetic intensities. Firstly designed in HDL (Hardware Description Language), afterward configurated in a FPGA chip, finally tested by processing outputs of a fluxgate sensor probe in real-time, the functionality of the designed system is verified. With inherent advantages, this FPGA based design is much reliable over temperature; by processing signals not time-sharingly but synchronously, its working speed is excellently high.

Abstract: A high-performance filter (HPF) is proposed for removing noises in corrupted images, where the local features are adopted to preserve the image local structures. Firstly, the Chebyshev’s theorem and fuzzy mean process are used to adaptively estimate the detection parameters. Secondly, the local statistics theory is used to estimate noisy pixels, which is based on Radon transform. Thirdly, the PSNR is used as the evaluation metric to show the advantage of the HPF, which is compared with latest filters, such as SBF, HPFSM and the classical filter SMF. Extensive experimental results show that the HPF achieves better performances in removing any kinds of noises (impulse, Gaussian, uniform and mixed), the computational complexity of the HPF is 5 to 11 times lower than the other filters.

Abstract: 1553B bus is designed for aircraft developed an information transmission device bus standard, which is an agreement between devices. PCI Express is built on the PCI standard technology. It has the advantages of fast transmissions and strong reliability, so it can serve as a 1553B bus data transmission interface. The 1553B bus protocol includes data link layer, physical layer, and functional analysis. In the system, large scaled FPGA chip is used as the core. In its internal hardware, there are integrated PCI Express physical layer, while the PCI Express and 1553B bus protocol layer all in the internal FPGA implementation, carried out through the DMA the exchange of data in order to improve system integration. System testing includes f real-time, reliability and fault tolerance. Test results show that the whole system is well suitable for 1553B in the PCI Express environment applications.

Abstract: This paper introduces the design and realization of a multi-channel high-speed waveform generator based on FPGA, Which consists of the high-speed clock generator, the high-speed high-precision digital to analog converter, multi-stage pipeline accumulator and high-speed small signal conditioning. At last, it gives some simulation. The results show that the output signal type of this waveform generator is rich, and the maximum output frequency is 80MHz. The waveform generator can be used in the fields which require multi-channel high-speed signal, such as phased array radar.

Abstract: The design is a ultrasonic level meter based on the PIC18F4520 micro chip. This ultrasonic level meter can be achieved in data is not lost when the power is down, making multi-function button to change the value, accurate measurement of liquid level. Closed loop fixed gain amplifier and the echo peak calibration signal amplification technology eliminates the phase shift error and the amplitude fluctuation error of the method, and digital potentiometers to achieve the system's automatic gain control, improve the quality of the echo signal. The effect of design is good, especially in sewage treatment, and oil storage tank system that can not contact measuring system have a strong value in use.

Abstract: This paper presents a high-speed and anti-interference parallel bus design on board, which takes a series of measures, including source-synchronous technology, the negative feedback technology, low-voltage differential transmission technology, error correction coding and pseudo-random code technology to improve the environment for parallel communication, increase communication speed, decrease error rate .The final test shows the communication speed has achieved 10 Gbps and the error rate has reduced to 10-7.

Abstract: it introduces a design and realization of high precision time interval measurement peripheral circuit based on FPGA, which can realize the high speed data sampling, high speed series to parallel converting, USB data transferring. The system verification under virtex4 XC4SX35-FF668 of Xilinx is carried out. The test result shows that the design can detect the signal as low as -8mV, the valve voltage works stably and each module work normal.

Abstract: Wiring of cables is very important in the design of electro-mechanical products. Whereas, there is not an effectual virtual wiring method for the moment. Aimed at the problem, a virtual wiring is expatiated in this paper. Virtual layout design is achieved based on human-computer interaction, which is verified by virtual assembling. Geometrical modeling of cables, the precision of which is quite high, is established based on energy-optimized method. The characteristic of virtual assembling to the products, which make up of cables and other parts, is discussed. Especially, the assemble technique programming and transformation simulating of cables are studied. In the end, the wiring is actualized on a product, intention to validate the feasibility of the method.
