A Study for Performance of Corn Straw Smashing Device

Abstract:

Reducing smashing power is important to a combine harvester. The results from the experiments indicated that rationally choosing the combination of parameters of moving reamer，fixed reamer and bundle angles could remarkably reduces smashing power. The straight moving knife matching cutting fixed knife has a better feeding ability and can get a higher smashing ratio and consume lower power.
