Abstract: In order to improve the information extraction technology of seismic damage assessment and information publishing of earthquake damage. Based on past earthquake experience it was constructed technical flow of earthquake damage assessment rapidly, This paper ,take Yushu earthquake as example, studies the framework and establishment of the information service system by means of ArcIMS and distributed database technology. It analysis some key technologies , build web publishing architecture of massive remote sensing images. The system implements joint application of remote sensing image processing technology, database technology and WebGIS technology, The result could provide the important basis for earthquake damage assessment ,emergency management and rescue mission.

Abstract: A hybrid adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed for solving constrained optimization problems. The algorithm combines adaptive penalty method and smoothing technique in order to get no parameter tuning and easily escaping from the local optimal solutions. Meanwhile, local line search technique is introduced and a new crossover operator is designed for getting much faster convergence. The performance of the algorithm is tested on thirteen benchmark functions and the results indicate that the proposed algorithm is robust and effective.

Abstract: In order to overcome fitting uncertainty, A nonlinear rational parameterized fitting algorithm with keeping endpoints was presented through inverse difference-continued fraction algorithm, the algorithm has property of keeping endpoints, parameterization of middle data points selected. The parameters obtained through minimum error function make fitting functions have much flexibility. Experimental results illustrate that the proposed algorithm may reduce degree of continued fraction interpolation function, numbers of iteration and avoiding non-existence on interpolation function of the continued fraction. The fitting values obtained are more accuracy, the computing efficiency is much more improved, the fitting errors are more stable, approximate effect is better, and the algorithm will be widely used in predict etc.

Abstract: The decision tree is a widely used classification model and inductive learning method based on examples. It is characterized by the simple classification rules, easy understanding for users and so on, but we also can see some disadvantages in certain situations. The paper puts forward the multivariable decision tree algorithm which based on a rough set to a combination of rough sets theory and decision tree algorithm. The multivariable decision tree algorithm has reduced the complexity of decision tree while not affect the readability of the classification rules. Experimental analysis has witnessed the feasibility and efficiency of the algorithm.

Abstract: This paper presents a novel non-negative matrix factorization algorithm based on double sparsity K-SVD. It keeps the good parts-based representation. And meanwhile it has a well sparsity as sparse coding. The influences given by different initialization condition have been successfully overcome. Compared with other algorithms, the algorithm proposed is much faster. This dissertation demonstrates the advantages of the proposed algorithm by simulator experimentation.

Abstract: VXI or PXI modules based on embedded computers are playing a significant role in test systems for both agricultural and commercial applications. In an Agricultural equipments remote diagnosis and Maintenance ATS (automatic test system), we applied ARM based VXI modules to developing an equipment called Portable Maintenance Aid Equipments (PMAE) as well as an Ethernet-based measurement system which solved a sticking point of this large-scale ATS. The main testing system is designed as a large-scale integrated test system that will perform automatic test for faulty LRUs (Local Replaceable Unit), and faults will be isolated to SRUs (Shop Replaceable Unit). PMAEs could cooperate with the main testing system in realizing remote measurement and control through virtual instrument (VI) technology, thus the localization veracity of faulty LRUs and cables could be greatly improved. ARM based embedded system was used to realize 0-slot controller as well as some dedicated test modules. It could offer maximum performance and the most compact size because they are installed directly into the VXI mainframe. Test results indicated good performance of this scheme, thereby greatly augmenting diagnostic capacity and efficiency of the Agricultural equipments remote diagnosis and Maintenance ATS.

Abstract: Analyzed integrated logical structure of the cloud, back-end cloud computing systems, tens of thousands of servers, how to organize such a large number of servers is the cloud computing system efficient and stable operation of one of the key issues. We surveyed the requirement of cloud computing networking. Analyzed the architecture of cloud computing networking topology, and thought that the networking topology should be composed of two parts the center switch trunk and some tree shape branch subnet. Then we proposed the Self Adaptive Algorithm for the center swish trunk’s topology design based on the graph theory, optimization theory and classic greedy algorithm. Finally we do some experiments and comparison to verify the algorithm’s usability and advantages.

Abstract: Secret image sharing is an attractive research problem in information security filed. According to the high redundancy of the digital image, the paper proposed an entirely new secret image sharing scheme with threshold set. The new scheme makes secret image sharing more flexible, so we can apply the secret image sharing technology to more fields such as the storage of secret images, multichannel transmission of images and etc..

Abstract: Railway ballast tamping operations is an important work in the line maintenance and repair operations, the selection of tamping parameter is usually dependent on field trials and practical experience, for lack of theoretical basis. This paper creates discrete element analysis model of railway ballast using the discrete element method, the numerical simulations are carried out to study the mechanical properties of railway ballast during tamping process. We focus on the influence of vibration frequency during tamping process; an optimal vibration frequency of the simulation analysis is obtained and compared with the recommended vibration frequency of Plasser & Theurer Company, it is found that the two vibration frequencies accord. This result verifies the correct validity of the discrete element analysis model of railway ballast during tamping process.
