Abstract: The combination of the 3D reconstruction and the internet boosts well as WebGIS. Based on Skyline prototype system, this paper studies the basic 3D environment construction and the mechanism and techniques to speed up the respond on the client side of web roaming in 3D Taiwan Island. This paper then implements a 3D Taiwan Island roaming system on local area network. The respond speed proves to be quick for web roaming of a 3D environment.

Abstract: Research on battery prognostics and health monitoring (PHM) is important in many engineering areas, and battery capacity is a good indicator of battery condition, this paper introduces a new approach to predict battery capacity use hybrid ARMA and ANN model. First, two time series forecast models ARMA and ANN are introduced, since these two models have their own shortcoming in forecasting nonlinear and linear time series respectively, hybrid ARMA and ANN model are established in order to combine both advantage of the two and get more precise prediction result. Then capacity data applied in this paper is described, prediction results and errors based on these data and among three models are compared. At last, the conclusion that hybrid model shows the best performance and will provide a new approach to realize battery capacity predictor is given.

Abstract: The Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) can solve some practical application problems of the traditional paper technical manuals on storing difficulty and resource sharing inefficiency well. The S1000D specification is an international specification of development IETM. In the paper the S1000D specification is introduced briefly. Then the meanings of Data Module (DM) and Common Source Database (CSDB) which are the core concepts of the S1000D specification are analyzed. At last, the development process of IETM based on S1000D specification is given.

Abstract: Nanomotors are nanoscale devices capable of converting energy into movement and forces. In this work, a molecular dynamic model based on a chemically powered nanomotor is established. Based on molecular dynamics, dynamics and kinematics analysis have been made, and the motion of the model has been simulated. Finally, we get the effect of the temperature and the solvent concentration on the nanomotor motion respectively. The center-of-mass velocity of the nanomotor along its axis increases roughly linearly with low temperature, and then gradually reaches a maximum value. Abstract: For the linear model with aggregated data, In this paper, we proposed the aggregated improved generalized ridge estimators of the parameters and two kinds relative efficiencies of the estimators with respect to least square estimator. The upper of relative efficiency bound on two kinds are obtained.

Abstract: This article is based on Ant Colony Clustering Algorithm for Handwritten Arabic Numeral Recognition on an image. Under the precondition of the clustering numbers are known and a adequate treatment process was developed for the image, we carry through cluster analysis to digital image by experiment. The article elaborates on the basic concepts and the algorithm’s principle of Ant Colony Clustering Algorithm. The workflow to the algorithmic flow of Ant Colony Clustering Algorithm will be elaborated in the following chapters. The paper also detailed discuss the implement of the algorithm.

Abstract: This article describes two kinds of Fuzzy clustering algorithm based on partition,Fuzzy C-means algorithm is on the basis of the hard C-means algorithm, and get a big improvement, making large data similarity as far as possible together. As a result of Simulation, FCM algorithm has more reasonable than HCM method on convergence, data fusion, and so on.

Abstract: As a rising practical teaching method, virtual experiment is playing an increasingly prominent role in modern teaching. The virtual experiment for lift coefficient mensuration, which is one of a series of virtual experiment software that have been accomplished based on numerical simulation and modern computer technologies by the authors, was taken as an example, the design principles, modules constitution, developing tools, and experiment courses were introduced. It is of practical significance on how to make use of virtual experiment technology to reform practical teaching and enhance energy efficiency ratio of experimental teaching.

Abstract: According to the phenomenon that most website display products through the form of two-dimensional and can not resolve interactive issue between users and virtual scene. This paper design a virtual roaming system which uses 3ds max to perform modeling for all the scenes in the store and make dynamic interactive design for model on Virtools platform, and study two types of collision detection. In this roaming system, users can walk freely in the store and operate interested in commodities independently like entering the real world.
