Abstract: The gypsum dehydration hydrocyclones, with cone combination of 20-10° (bi-conical), 10° (single-cone) and 8-10 ° (bi-conical), were investigated in this article. Sampled data were obtained from the separation experiments. The MATLAB neural network toolbox was used to build 3-layer BP neural network models. The resultant of separation performance prediction errors show that it is feasible to build a predictive separation model for hydrocyclones with neural network. And the built model can serve as an effective method for the design of cyclones.

Abstract: With rapid development of science, technology and economy, requirements of production quality control were more and more stringent. A new method to solver the problem was given in this paper. First we made up the index system of production quality control. Second the steps of the DEA-Benchmark model which was derived from deviation DEA model were put forward. At last, applying the model, we measured the quality of ten varieties of production.

Abstract: This paper is under the research background of a switch machine production enterprise informatization projects, and the production schedule is mainly based on customer orders and sales forecasts. This paper mainly studies the combination of similar order processing sheets according to the similarity of types and specifications of products in an order processing sheet, and the experience of master production scheduling personnel, to generate the master production scheduling methods and techniques. Finally, studies the material requirements planning methods based on nested components, focusing on the configuration of parts and components of such products in the product configuration.

Abstract: Revenue-sharing contract is studied under disruption. An optimal strategy for supply chain to deal with the disruption is given and an improved revenue-sharing contract which has anti-disruption ability is proposed. It also analyzes the distribution of profit among the entities. Finally the paper gives an application by simulation.

Abstract: The chemical composition is usually acquired by various scientific analyses in blue and white ceramics researches from Jingdezhen,then they are classified and catalogued by the calculation based on some proper mathematical model,finally the discrimination functions can be got. This paper introduces the rough set theory and probabilistic neural network for some of the basic concepts, and give the optimal probability rough set neural network method to establish the Jingdezhen blue and white porcelain dating model the basic steps and the pottery chemical composition data processing method, through the application examples, it shows that the methods of Jingdezhen blue and white dating of ceramics research results to achieve the expected purpose.

Abstract: This paper describes the implementation of serial communication between the PLC and the host- computer in the control system of Spatial Carport, gives a detailed introduction to the communication protocols, parameters setting and also gives part of the serial-communication program based on visual basic 6.0. It shows that this control system meets the requirements as expected.

Abstract: High throughput is critical to the success of semiconductor manufacturing. The complexity of cluster tools leads to higher throughput an increasingly challenging task. To compute the throughput of the cluster tool and simulate the system operation procedure, the simulation platform, named as ClusterSim, is developed. Moreover, the paper analyzes the performance of the parallel cluster tools by this platform and valid the simulation results using the theoretic model. The result shows that ClusterSim provides an effective tool for users to quickly evaluate many possible equipment configurations

Abstract: Contact tangential stiffness is an important parameter affecting the dynamics performance of contact bodies. To accurately calculate contact tangential stiffness between two cylinders’ joint interfaces, the fractal model of contact tangential stiffness between two cylinders’ joint interfaces is established based on the reasonable expansion of the existing fractal model and the early stage of research results. Simulation results by the software MATLAB show that: this model can correctly reflect the conclusion influenced by the parameters of fractal dimension, roughness amplitude and material properties parameters, so the model is improved true in theory. The establishment of the model laids the foundation for the following calculation of contact tangential stiffness about gears and cylindrical bearings and gives a new theory supplements to contact dynamics research.

Abstract: A simulation and modeling method for micro turn-milling cutting process was investigated to predict the impacts of cutting speed and cutting depth on cutting force. Based on material Johnson-Cook constitutive model and chip separation criteria, the finite element model was established in ABAQUS simulation application, then the model analysis and experiment verification was conducted. The results indicate that the simulation model can predict the value and regularity of cutting force, which can provide guidance on process optimization and machining accuracy control.

Abstract: Abstract. In order to resolve the manufacturing difficult problem of a new kind of clutch wheel-hub weldment of a new type of engineering machinery, and ensure the manufacturing precision and welded joint quality, a new manufacturing process was studied using vacuum electron beam welding (VEBW) for the manufacturing of this component. Static torsional strength was measured on static torsional testing machine. Microstructure morphologies of welding seam and heat affected zone were analyzed using scanning electron microscope. Vickers-hardness values of welding seams and heat affected zones were measured using Vickers-hardness tester. As a result, the welding process and the optimum technological parameters of VEBW of the weldment were obtained.
