Abstract: When order change happens, enterprises hope to be able to estimate the earliest/latest and loss cost. This can help make the produce plan and meet the delivery time requirements of customers. In this paper, model to estimate the loss cost and delivery time caused by order change is built. Also, method to audit order change by level constraint is proposed.

Abstract: The water turbine stands in the cooling water system and drives the fan in the cooling tower, so its flow rate, head and output is limited to the flow rate of cooling water, saved-energy of pump and input of fan separately. The spiral casing dimension of water turbine is limited to the diameter of tower. All above facts make the water turbine of cooling tower be different to that of water power station. The paper introduces one turbine which flow rate is 0.139m/s. Its characteristic of flow passage and hydraulic performance is analyzed, and some new flow passage to improve hydraulic performance is suggested.

The integrated platform encapsulates the complexity of SOA technical details to make SOA-based application system construction, operation and maintenance easier, efficient. Finally, analysis how to use cloud integration to build enterprise systems integration architecture by an example.

Abstract: The research and applied technology about agriculture are attracting increasing attention, and especially digital greenhouses have become an important part of efficient agriculture. In this paper, basing on the environmental factors and crops growth status information, management system sorts out, analyzes and summarizes the data to give the best environment parameters for different crops in different external environment and to give the best growth parameter value for crop in different growth stages. A standard database of digital greenhouse will be built in this paper. Basing on the database, automatic identification and query model will be built. The system will provide daily operation schedule for crops during the whole growth of crops. And all kinds of growth parameters information in the process of crops growth will be analyzed by the system. Then the system compares the crop growth situation with standard database and sends the abnormal information to users timely. Simultaneously, real-time video monitoring can be used. Some daily routine work information can be recorded and suggested, such as watering, fertilizing and weeding etc. Based on crops growth and development patterns, the environment conditions are controlled and high quality, high yield, and efficient cultivation of plants will be realized.

Abstract: Rice noodles preparation processes include scald, adding the ingredients, dishes, etc. Automatic confecting machine of rice noodles is researched to replace the current artificial preparation. Such machine not only improves production efficiency but saves labor costs. We mainly developed scald device in this subject. It’s been designed as screw-nut structure that it drives bucket slide back and forth to finish sending rice noodles. Solenoid valve is applied to control water supply and drainage. Miniature high-pressure pump is then used to scald. After this operations, the prepared rice noodles slide into bowl directly. The entire operation is controlled by the PLC. The Automatic confecting machine also heat, insulate, monitor and regulate the tank. After testing repeatedly, the machine finished the operation of scald successfully as expected.

Abstract: Series products and variant products are the basic strategy for enterprise product development. Product designers reuse the knowledge, experience in the various stages of product development. The design reuse strategies for mechanical products are studied. The concepts of product design reuse level and product design reuse dimensions are presented. The enabling techniques for design reuse are concluded, including CBR, KM/KBE, design reuse modeling. A case-based design tool and a design knowledge management tool are developed based on studying product design reuse strategies.

Abstract: Aiming at the complicated situation of artificial testing function materials, a set of automatic test system based on Agilent E4980A is developed. In the control software edited by Visual Basic 6.0, the test conditions (temperature, frequency, voltage, etc.) are pre-set, and the system automatically controls the temperature of the temperature control box through PID algorithm, achieving the real-time test voltage and frequency of Agilent E4980A. The card shows the readings on the test results of a plurality of functional materials at various stages of temperature conditions , automatically completing the storage and analysis of electrical parameters. The system is able to achieve the automatic control of the temperature control box and Agilent E4980A, presenting the comparative benefits including the function of this system being more comprehensive, more convenience in operation, and higher degree of automation advantages . It can be a good method and reference resource available for the development of such test system.

Abstract: China's green IT development is faced with the unique “IT social risk”. Therefore, the endogenesis of China's green IT development has been challenged. Using the concept of “society greening”, we divide a green IT system into a technology greening sub-system and a society greening sub-system, based on which an endogenous growth model was built. Using an optimal control method to solve the model, we find the long-term equilibrium rate of economic growth, transversality conditions, the relationship between the output flexibilities of the input factors in the two sub-systems, the relationship among the elasticity coefficients of intertemporal substitution in consumption, as well as the optimal conditions for the whole system. The results show that to allow China's green IT to develop, the output elasticity of the society greening sub-system knowledge must be higher than that of the technology greening sub-system. This urgently requires government incentives and other public products to balance the investment efficiency in the two sub-systems.

Abstract: Green cutting processing technology is a kind of full consideration of the environmental and resource issues processing techniques, It requires throughout the process do to the environment pollution to the minimum and the utilization rate of the highest. In the machining process without any cutting fluid of dry cutting is control environmental pollution source of a green manufacturing process, it can have clean scraps, no pollution, save the cutting fluid and the processing of costs, can further reduce the production cost. Therefore, the future direction of the cutting process is not or with as little as you cutting fluids, and energetically develop on the ecological environment and human health negative effects of small, processing the superior performance of cutting fluids, and environmental work to completely harmless green cutting fluid development direction.
