An Introduction of the Case of AN Art and Craft Building Quality Judicatory Authentication

Abstract:

A severe hidden quality problem has been found through the quality judicatory authentication over a building engineering quality and finally the major responsible party causing the cracks has been identified and accordingly the evidence with credibility has been provided to the court to contribute for the conclusion of the long term lawsuit for many years, in this way, to safeguard the justice and improve the social harmony. The constructional quality judicatory authentication involves the significant interests between both parties of prosecution and the defense and the conflicts exist inevitably in the process of court hearing and evidencing over the verification of the information and documents, therefore the persons involving the judicatory authentication shall insist in the principles of science, rigors and objectiveness and fairness in their operation.
