Abstract:

This research took Guangdong Science Center as a case study and demonstrated the methodology of the two-star qualification for China energy efficiency evaluation and labeling system. It presented the testing methods, evaluation principles and results of the basic, prerequisite and elective items which are explained from the contents and perspectives within the article as well as the implementation on this project.
