The Forecasting for Artificial Frozen Soil Temperature Field Based on Support Vector Machines Method
Abstract: The level of soil freezing temperature has a direct impact on the time of formatting effective frozen wall and the value of freeze wall thickness, and it has a certain relationship with the soil composition, moisture content, density, liquid limit moisture content, pressure and saltness .For the feature of less measured sample of new mines, using the theory that is based on structural risk minimization and the method of small sample study-Support Vector Machine Algorithm, the support vector machine computation model of artificial frozen soil temperature has been established. Using support vector machines of different kernel functions to analyze the frozen temperature calculation of artificial freezing soil, the kernel function that is fit for the frozen temperature calculation of artificial has been determined. The results of support vector machine calculation model shows that this method is an effective method, it has provide a new approach for the frozen temperature calculation of artificial freezing soil.

Abstract: In this paper, the multilayer frame structure containing sheet crack was researched. Based on wavelet analysis theory, the finite element method was applied to analyze the dynamic characteristics of structural damage. Established a method about the identification of containing sheet crack frame structure by modulus maxima of wavelet coefficients to determine the location of the crack, it verifies the validity of the method through calculation analysis of damage identification to a two layers of a cross frame structure containing sheet crack. The conclusions of this paper can be used for frame structure damage diagnosis application reference.

Abstract: Corrosion of embedded steel reinforcing in concrete structures is the predominant phenomenon of premature deterioration of structures exposed to marine environment. In this study, the technical advantages and disadvantages of the most commonly corrosion preventive methods are investigated and then cost analysis by comparing the Present Value of the methods is carried out for 40 years of life time. This investigation proved that the lower cost methods have not shown an acceptable performance in long term and those which have exhibited a good performance, have increased the lifetime cost of structure considerably.

Abstract: The construct to precast pile in thick clayey soil can cause the accumulation of excess pore water pressure. The high excess pore pressure can make soil, buildings and pipes surrounded have large deflection, even make them injured. Combining with actual projects, this paper presents an in-situ model test on the changes of excess pore water pressure caused by precast pile construct. It is found that the radius of influence range for single pile driven is about 15m,the excess pore water pressure can reach or even exceed the above effective soil pressure, and there are two relatively stable stages.

Abstract: A severe hidden quality problem has been found through the quality judicatory authentication over a building engineering quality and finally the major responsible party causing the cracks has been identified and accordingly the evidence with credibility has been provided to the court to contribute for the conclusion of the long term lawsuit for many years, in this way, to safeguard the justice and improve the social harmony. The constructional quality judicatory authentication involves the significant interests between both parties of prosecution and the defense and the conflicts exist inevitably in the process of court hearing and evidencing over the verification of the information and documents, therefore the persons involving the judicatory authentication shall insist in the principles of science, rigors and objectiveness and fairness in their operation.

Abstract: At present the highway horizontal curve section of Anti-glare panels with a uniform height, through investigation and analysis, the arrangement of the glare effect is not very good ,under mixed traffic, to analyze the reasonableness of the highway glare plate height, the ighway glare plate heigh of the road sightline safety model is set up , the design speed of 60km / h, 80km / h,anti-glare plate height of model is proven。Concluded,In the combinations of different vehicles,anti-glare plate height ranges between 1.15 and 1.65;By contrasting static line of sight and moving-horizon,in thedifferent velocity, when vehicles travel a critical location, vehicle traffic safety start to receive greater impact. Conclusions can be got, first, vehicles travel in the flat curve sections, according to different traffic, adopt different glare height; When the design speed is 60km / h, if central angle is less than 15 °, vehicles which is traveling on the section is safe; When the design speed is 80km / h, if central angle is less than 30°, vehicles which is traveling on the section is safe.

Abstract: Structural robustness has been recognized as a fundamental property of structural systems to prevent the occurrence of disproportionate failure events and progressive collapse. Bridges are primarily horizontally aligned structures with one main axis of extension. Only a few of many modern building codes provided methods can be applied to bridges. In this paper, associated strategies to enhance collapse resistance can be addressed by controlling abnormal events, individual local element behavior and global system behavior. Various design methods towards preventing progressive collapse such as non-structural protective measures, local resistance, multiple load paths or structural segmentation are applied to bridges. The suitability depends on the type of bridge structures.

Abstract: Since environmental impacts, economic efficiency and human healthy are crucial issues in the global context now, an increasing professional concern and interest in building performance have emerged in sustainable building field. This article aims to introduce high performance concept into office building industry. Based on demonstrating high-performance building (HPB) and distinguishing office building (OB) features, this article proposes its own high-performance office building (HPOB) definition. Furthermore, the article also identifies the benefits and discusses design principles of HPOB in order to promote HPOB application positively.

Abstract: The distribution regular of total additive load induced by bulkhead additive thrust, force of friction between shield and soil, and soil loss during shield tunnelling construction was studied. The analytical results show that, the distribution regular of additive load is closely related with the relative position of pile and shield, and it is a three-dimensional problem. Toward the shield tunnelling direction and perpendicular to the pipe wall, the additive load is changed from press to pull force along with the pass of shield excavation face. In addition, the value and influence bound of additive load in shield tunnelling direction is bigger than that of perpendicular to the pipe wall. Value of additive load in vertical direction is small. Direction of additive load close to the axes of pipeline is opposite with that of both ends and the force distribution curve is arch-shaped. It is proved by the comparison with the results of numerical simulation, centrifuge experiments and field measurement that the study on the influence due to shield tunnel excavation on neighboring piles is reliable through analytical analysis.
