Base on Neural Network to Calculate the Reliability of the Power Turret Transmission System

Abstract:

First confirm the major factors which affect the reliability of the gear transmission system and make it as random variable, to establish BP neural network model. Make the test data as the training sample to train the neural network. Then base on the neural network to calculate and get the limit state function of the power turret, compile a program which can calculate the reliability of the power turret basing on the first-order second-moment method, and use this to calculate the reliability of the power turret transmission system. This method predigests the calculation model and reduces the calculation time.
