Instrument Driver for Signal-Oreinted ATS

Article Preview

Abstract:

The virtual instrument technology and auto test system software architecture for the Signal-Oriented test are first introduced, and then the requirement of virtual instrument driver module is analyzed. Finally, the design scheme of virtual instrument driver module based on Component Object Model component technology is given. Using the scheme, we developed 22 kinds of the test instruments driver. Experiment results show that the scheme improved the driver scalability, maintainability and reusability greatly.
