Abstract: Edge is the most important information for computer vision. Wavelets edge detection can reduce noise disturbing, and also loses weak edging. This paper presents a new algorithm for edge detection. Based on sharping imaging edging by adaptive filter algorithm, the algorithm can detect edge by B-spline wavelets. This new algorithm has more higher precision than those normal algorithms.

Abstract: As a generalized form of the Fourier transform, fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) ,which is integrated the signal in time domain and frequency domain, is a new time-frequency analysis. From the simulation point of view to image the distribution of energy in the fractional Fourier domain, the amplitude and phase characteristics, simulation results show that any fractional Fourier domain, can reflect the image of the space-frequency domain characteristics, with the order, the image The distribution of the space-frequency domain characteristics will change. The image of the fractional Fourier transform amplitude and phase reconstruction of the image information with the original image also showed some important conclusions for the fractional Fourier transform applied to image recognition and edge detection is of great significance.

Abstract: For Embedded Real Time OS, making use of the MMU features, especially memory protection, is important to meet the needs of those embedded real time applications which requires such support. This paper is meant to implement a memory protection system focused on embedded real time OS. The system is based on memory domain table management. The memory domain table is the data structure to manage memory blocks with access attribute based on MMU support. A suit of architecture independent APIs were provided to set the address and attributes of memory.

Abstract: Here to introduce a parallel processing video splicing system with multi-processor. The main processor gets the encoded video data from video source and outputs the video data to the coprocessors simultaneously after decoding the data. Those coprocessors capture the video data needed for splicing and display it on the objective monitor. Owing to this method, the sophisticated time synchronization algorithm is no longer needed. The proposed approach also lowers the system resources consuming, and promotes the accuracy of the video synchronization from multiple coprocessors.

Abstract: Feature matching is a most important step of the iris recognition algorithm, directly determining the success or failure of iris recognition. In order to have a better performance in the iris recognition, a method of iris recognition based on local gray minimum values is proposed. This method firstly records the position of local gray minimum points in the iris region; the minimum consolidation method is used to compress the characteristic points, and then encoding the compression iris image after extracting features. Finally, do exclusive OR (XOR) operation between encoding and template information to get the final recognition results. The computer simulations show the proposed method has very good recognition performance.

Abstract: Designing an advanced method to sensing marine plankton effectively is highly demanded for acquiring critical marine plankton information data. The goal of this paper is to use digital holographic imaging for sensing marine plankton in recording sampling volume with several advantages such as non-intrusive and non-destructive interrogation of the recording sampling volume. So, by capturing hologram of marine plankton and reconstructing hologram, the recorded optical field of marine plankton is retrieved.

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces a integrated development environment which is only used for developing SI02 assemble language program and realized on pc. Abstract: A new method of implementing frequency invariant beamformers based on cubic spline function is presented. Based on the frequency, the sensor distance of the virtual array is generated. The virtual array output is formed from the sensor array by cubic spline function interpolation. The beamformers of every frequency bins in the bandwidth of the signal is similar to that of the referenced frequency. The method is simple and easy to implement. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
