Abstract:

The formulas on time-temperature integrator for insulating package transport within one week at storage temperature 4°Care given in this research. It also gets solution on sediment issue by application of malt dextrin. Experiments show that prepared enzyme-based TTI should be used as soon as possible to avoid TTI invalid.
