TSDC Study of Space Charge Influence on PP Film by Steep Front Impulse Injection

Article Preview

Abstract:

Influence of DC and steep front impulse injection on space charge of PP by thermally stimulated discharge current (TSDC) are studied. The experimental results show that space charge of PP is almost irrelative to the rise time of pulse, but space charge has relationship with polarized field intensity and polarized time, which is similar to the theory of TSDC
