Freight Structure Optimization Method Based on the Industrial Structure

Article Preview

Abstract:

In order to optimize the transportation structure of goods and form a comprehensive transportation system where allocation of resources is reasonable and the benefits are maxim with the limitation of resources, the interaction between economy and transportation system is considered. After analyzing the influence of the industrial structure on cargo types, transportation distance, volume and thus the transportation mode, an optimization rule for freight structure is proposed, and then a freight forecast model based on industrial structure and an optimization model of transportation structure for the carriage of goods are built. Also the models are described and calibrated. Finally the countermeasures for the optimal adjustment of the cargos transportation structure are proposed.
