Research on Construction and Operation Mode of Intelligent Transportation Systems

Abstract:

Intelligent Transportation Systems are highly integrated. Many government and business organizations are needed during the construction and operation process. In this paper, the task of construction and operation for ITS is discussed. Construction and operation mode is divided into government dominant mode, business dominant mode and mixed mode. These modes are compared with construction speed, information-sharing quality, service quality and economic benefits to analyze their applicability. This conclusion provides a reference for our ITS construction and operation mode selection.
