Research and Development of Coping Disposal System for Incident Suddenly Occurring on Freeway Based on GIS

Abstract:

GIS technology becoming mature lays a foundation of the implication of GIS in transportation domain. This article mainly designs the structure and function of system according to analyzing of the needs of the users. It uses Delphi, Mapx and SQL Server technology to realize Coping Disposal System for Incident Suddenly Occurring on Freeway Based on GIS. Thus it visual does the effective real-time management to the sudden event of each regional. And it improves the processing power to the sudden event.
