Abstract:

The mixed-use development is the significant characteristic in every step of human settlement envelopment in Southeast China. With the carrier of local professional market, work-live community forms the mixed-use pattern. This papers expects to propose the important significance of professional market settlements development with Chinese characteristic throughout analyzing the mixed-use in professional market to set the construct and evaluation work-living complex. Xiaoshang Commercial Town will be used as a example to slove the applicability regulations to mixed-use space .
