Finite Element Simulation Analysis of Hydraulic Support Based on Virtual Prototype Technology

Article Preview

Abstract:

Stress analysis and theoretical calculation of hydraulic support is studied and 3D modeling is built with Pro/E. The strength and displacement distribution of the hydraulic supports are obtained by means of finite element software ANSYS. The result can be applied to amend the design and to improve the hydraulic support’s reliability. It supplies the bases for the structure optimization of the shield hydraulic support.
