Automatic Welding Method and Main Parameters Calculation of Tube Connected Five-Star Feet

Abstract:

In view of the situation that low quality and high cost of manual welded five-star feet, this paper proposed a new method to weld five-star feet. The method is compositing linear motion of welding torch and rotary motion of the workpiece to realize 3d welding track. After mathematic analysis and detailed calculation, the welding trajectory equation is obtained, and the speed matching relation between the welding torch and the workpiece is gained too.
