Research on Integrated Assembling Technology of Passenger Vehicle Clutches Cover Assembly

Abstract:

For passenger vehicle clutches cover assembly assembling requirement, the integrated assembling system was designed and considered fully to meet the flexible, reliability and traceability requirements. It realized integration of products and processes, integration of processed and equipment, tooling, conveying equipment, integration of logistics and information flow. It puts forward new solutions about process flow and key equipments and reasonable evaluation method of assembly line.
