The Application of Foundation IE in the Improvement Production Line Balancing of Hot Galvanizing Steel Grating

Abstract:

With hot galvanizing steel grating production line of a company as the research subject, combining with the knowledge of production line balancing and statistic analysis, the thesis analyses the present situation, and then find and improve the working procedure of "bottlenecks". By using related technologies and methods of foundation IE, the study carries out the flow process analysis, operating analysis and action analysis, and optimizes the existing different problems of related working procedure and operating work in the production line.
