The Development of Low-Carbon Economy for Realizing Urban Sustainable Development: Taking the Example of Baotou

Abstract:

As the urban new developing strategy and mode, low-carbon economy meets the requirements for the sustainable development in the urban area. On the basis of development analysis for the low-carbon economy home and abroad, this paper illustrates the challenges that urban area meets in the process of low-carbon economy and sustainable development by taking the example of Baotou, as well as making proposals and suggestions accordingly.
