Measurement Range Validation of the Through Casing Resistivity Logging Instruments

Abstract:

This paper introduces the principles of the through casing resistivity logging. By calibration test, the measurement range of the through casing resistivity logging instruments designed by Xi’an Shiyou University has been verified, and the results prove that the performance of this instruments meet its design requirements. The measurement range of the instruments is 0-100 Ohms, and the absolute error is less than 7%.
