Theoretical Analysis of Instantaneous Microwave Frequency Measurement Using Microwave Phase Shift Detection

Article Preview

Abstract:

In modern warfare, it is important to estimate the frequency of some unknown microwave signal. In this paper, we present a novel microwave frequency measurement scheme based on the detection of phase shift of the unknown microwave signal. We theoretically deduced the formula that could prove the feasibility of our proposal, and came up in the end of the paper with the experimental setup that could be used to consolidate our proposal.
