Abstract: In order to assemble and layout of various irregular stamping parts, the paper proposed a new kind of algorithm combining CHNN and genetic algorithm. It built models for irregular parts, and these irregular parts were processed by using the surrounding rectangle methods and graphic composition. The paper used AutoCAD as a develop studio, and discussed CHNN and its mapping to layout and optimize the weight of CHNN by genetic algorithm. The core program adopted VB program language and developed the intelligent layout system. Sample analysis shows the results that the system has good man-machine interfaces, interactive features, high speed and quality retention of solution.

Abstract: The problem of the great group of a figure is the famous NP-difficult problem. There exists an algorithm of solving the great group of figure or only applying to some of the special figure .There need time price is index level, and is low efficiency. It puts forward a kind of solving the minimax group partition algorithm with the most magnanimous nodes for elicitation information. This algorithm can be applied to any simple figure, and the maximum time complexity of algorithm is O(sn3).

Abstract: Wireless sensor network is added on traditional GPS to realize double location in this paper. The widely used distributed distance measure algorithm of RSSI based in wireless sensor network is adopted. At the beginning work of this position system, unknown position node A broadcast its localization request, after all the base node received this request, they reply node A with its own location info and the RSSI value from other base node. Node A select the most closest base node as base to determine his own location, moreover, distance between base node and signal strength is take as reference to adjust the weight value of every base node, then the precise position is got after final calculation. In the end, precise of this algorithm is proved by simulation experiment.

Abstract: Power consumption is increasing significantly with the rapid economic development. In order to improve the competitiveness of thermal power plants, the problem of units' optimal load dispatch becomes a hot topic of the research about reducing coal consumption. The branch and bound method is presented to solve the problem based on a load dispatch model with velocity constraint in this paper. Branch can create the conditions for the optimal solution of unit load distribution, bound can improve the search efficiency of the optimal solution [1]. Through the computational Simulation, it proves the method described in the paper has the higher convergence speed and can be better applied to the problem of units' optimal load dispatch.

Abstract: At different temperatures, the protonation constants of tannic acid and the complex apparent stability constants between tannic acid and VO2+ were determined by using pH potentimetric method. The results showed that the protonation constants and the complex apparent stability constants slightly decreased with the raising temperature. In accordance with the pH value in the tannin extract technology, the conditional stability constants of the complex were calculated on the basis of the acid effect of tannic acid and the hydrolysis effect of VO2+. It was found that pH greatly affected the stability constants of the complex , so pH must be strictly controlled in the tannin extract technology.

Abstract: For the purpose of powder injection molding of SiCp/Cu composite, it is studied that the reasonable choice of powder and binder, the determination of powder loading and the pretreatment of powder. Fabrication of feedstock is carried out by experiment, in which some issues are studied such as the temperature of mixing, the mixing sequence, the control of mixing uniformity and the control of oxidation of copper powder during the mixing. The results show that the mixing effect of powder with binder is well; the SiC particles are uniformly distributed in the Cu matrix and no obvious agglomeration of the particles exist.

Abstract: The effect of Zinc-Oxide (ZnO) thin film annealed in different ambiences is presented. To achieve low cost and environmentally friendly process, ZnO aqueous solution is synthesized by dissolving zinc acetate dihydrate in deionized water directly. Zinc oxide aqueous solution of high solubility and stability is presented. High quality and dense Zinc oxide thin film is formed by spin coating. Annealing temperatures are in the range of 300 °C~500 °C, and annealing ambiences of both air and N2 are discussed.

Abstract: Boiler and pipeline that using steam condensation water will be eroded when the steam condensation water absorb dissolved oxygen and carbon dioxide in the production and recycling process. In order to solve this problem, a preferably management flow and process were developed to slow down the Boiler and pipeline corrosion process by analyzing the microstructure of corrosive Boiler and pipeline with a Electrochemical method. Firstly, rinse the Boiler and pipeline with 5% citric acid at about 90 oC, after that process adding 4~6mg/L anti-filthy corrosion inhibitor to the steam condensation water and adjusting pH at 8.0~9.5 by 30% sodium hydroxide or 50% sulfuric acid. At the same time maintenance water conductivity below 1200μs/cm by discharging condensation water. This method will play an import part in managing Circulating cooling water.

Abstract: Since polylactide (PLA) fiber, green fiber, is given with better chemical inertia, easiness of processing, biodegradation, it can be completely degraded in soil and water into carbon dioxide and water. Fiber products made of it is not found with features as favorable moisture absorption, wrinkle-resistance, resilience, curliness, dyeability, biocompatibility, and resistance to ultraviolet light; besides, PLA fiber is given with broad prospect of applications, and can be widely used on industry, agricultural purpose, forestry, clothing, fishing, and hygiene and medical treatment and many other domains. Therefore, this study would focus on optimizing processing parameters of melt spinning equipment by using Taguchi method for PLA fiber.
