Abstract: Melt spinning is the method that is most frequently used for manufacturing man-made fibers, while as-spun-fiber is the most important physical nature mainly of breaking strength for processing parameter will base on spinneret temperature, cooling temperature, cooling wind speed, and winding speed and so on to affect its physicality. First of all, suitable orthogonal arrays will be chosen to be applied on experiment plan to conduct experiment, and then it will work with SN (signal-to-noise) ratio and main effect analysis to appreciate the extent of impact of processing parameter on the quality, and confirm its reproducibility. As such, the optimized combination of processing parameters can be obtained.

Abstract: The varistor-dielectric characteristics of SrTiO3 ceramics with various amounts of MnCO3 and SiO2 additives was studied. The experimental results show that , with the increase of added amounts of MnCO3, the resistivity (ρ), nonlinear coefficient (α) and varistor voltage (V10mA) increase firstly and then decrease while the dielectric constant (ε) and dielectric loss (tgδ) decrease firstly and then increase. The best added amount of SiO2 is 0.4wt% because the electrical properties of SrTiO3 ceramics drop when x(SiO2)>0.4wt%.The SrTiO3 based ceramic, with the doping of 0.5mol%Nb2O5+0.5mol%MnCO3+0.4wt%SiO2, the better microstructure and electrical properties can be obtained.

Abstract: In the light of the engineering curriculums characteristics, according to the author's teaching experience, this paper undertake discussing some way to inspiring students’ thinking in engineering specialized courses teaching; And explored the engineering specialized courses teaching about before class - class - after class three links, teaching contents, multimedia applications and the applications of self-study guide method. It has a certain guiding significance to further improve the reform of engineering classroom teaching reform.

Abstract: This paper presents a modular experimental animation for experimental course for the analog electronic technology, which is an important means to improve the students' theory and practice. The design includes five modules: experimental purpose,instrument,principle,content and reports.Every module display corresponding content in the form of animation, and modular experimental animation show good interaction and strong operability. Animation design of the experiment has been successfully applied in the Shandong University at Weihai for several years and gets the recognition from the school leaders, teachers and students.

Abstract: The practical teaching method is proposed based on the comprehensive training, applies virtual sandbox in practical teaching of mechanical engineering project management, and makes detailed researches on the advantages of virtual sandbox applied in project management as well as design of practical teaching system, in order to improve the practical ability on project management of students in major of mechanical engineering; it is shown from the results that the method is capable of effectively helping students strengthening vocational skills under teaching mode of comprehensive training and enhancing their overall quality and practical ability.

Abstract: This research is aimed at exploring the learning effectiveness of students with different free choice cooperative learning values. And to understand the learning condition of students who operate Optical Time-Domain Reflect meter to tackle the optical fiber circuit measurement. The research findings showed that : (A) Students in the high-scoring and low-scoring group with free choice cooperative learning value created a prominent difference of learning effectiveness on how they operated OTDR to tackle the optical fiber circuit measurement problem in the learning situation of free choice cooperative learning;(B) students in the high-scoring group with free choice cooperative learning value produced a discussion content with more advanced operation skills in free choice cooperative learning situation. It manifests that there is a prominent difference of the active learning effectiveness on students in high-scoring group (cooperative sharing category) with free choice cooperative learning value compared to students in low-scoring group (individual competitive category) due to the free choice cooperative learning situation, and the content of discussion on advanced operation skill also reached a prominent difference.

Abstract: The method of multi-media teaching has significant importance in improving classroom efficiency and teaching quality, creating active classroom atmosphere and revealing advanced characteristics of age. However, there is a misunderstanding that we should overcome, in which multimedia teaching is dependent excessively and the traditional teaching method is neglected. This article illustrates the author’s views on the advantages and disadvantages of multimedia teaching in fire combustion science.

Abstract: Based on the design theory of internet course teaching, combined with the course of operation system, some key technology has been introduced, such as the development process of teaching, network system, the curriculum and various network elements: learners, teaching objective, contents of teaching, learning environment, teaching strategies, evaluation, etc. Some construction of network course building should be noted, which all has strong and practical significance for others. With the rapid development of Internet and the gradual perfection of the modern education technology, the education philosophy and approaches have been keeping innovated. The Internet-based courses have aroused many people’s concern. Compared with traditional courses, it is much more flexible, efficient, interactive, and convenient. It can also meet the need of individual-tailored service. With regards to the target learners, forms of the contents, course arrangement and studying methods, online education is incomparably superior. Thus the application of online teaching is one of the most effective ways to improve the teaching level. Based on the online courses teaching design theories, combined with the course of the computer operation system, the paper introduces the key technologies related to online course design and development, which is suggestive to other online courses studies.

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of electric power industry, the electric power equipment and technology is ongoing an unprecedented update, which leads to the demand of updating electric power employee’s knowledge. The traditional training method has a serious contradiction of engineering an learning, low training effectiveness and high cost, thus, this paper brings up a training method based on multimedia animation technology and supplemented by computer software and database technology. In practical application, the training method improved the learning efficiency of electric power employees and greatly reduced the cost of training.
