The Synthetic Evaluation Method of Quayside Container Crane Selection for Container Terminal

Article Preview

Abstract:

To ensure the quasi class rate of large container liner, the requirements of handlingcapacity and efficiency for handling equipment will be higher. Therefore, meeting the requirementof increasingly large-scale on container ship is an important factor on Quayside of Container Crane (QCC) selection proposal. Under the premise of meeting handlingcapacity and efficiency, it should consider the reliability, economy, advancement and other factors of handling equipment. In the foundation of analyses the technical parameters and cost factors on QCC selection proposal, this thesis gives a synthetic evaluation method of QCC selection proposal, including the choice of index system and weight determination, and it gives sensitivity analysis from different factors that affect the QCC selection scheme result. Be combined with cases, this thesis describes the synthetic evaluation method for selection proposal is practical.
